Very responsive and solution oriented support team. Balázs was very helpful in getting us answers and explaining different options. Gives us a lot more confidence to continue to use the product knowing the support team is there to help when we have issues.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Stephan for his fantastic support. He’s been incredibly helpful and responsive, and I really appreciate all the assistance! I had a great experience with Balázs from OptiMonk support! He was very helpful, and responsive, and made sure all my questions were answered. His assistance was spot-on and made the process much easier. Highly recommend OptiMonk and Balázs for great customer service!

Although we have still not been able to figure out the root cause of the issue, we have been able to find a workaround to it.

Stephan was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He quickly identified the issue with our Hubspot integration and fixed it seamlessly. His communication was clear and professional, and he even went above and beyond to assist with a small design issue we encountered. Fantastic support experience—highly recommend OptiMonk’s team!
