Very easy to use, great dashboard metrics and nice professional designs that are easy to edit and launch. Good replacement for your shopify theme default pop-ups.
Great App used it for years. The only reason I cancelled / left - Klaviyo is now offering the same service for free. If this would not be the case I would have stayed for years because its so good. A special thanks to Emil - the support was amazing. Thank you very much

Great product and amazing customer service, Tamás has been amazing at helping me with custom CSS and making my pop up look even more beautiful.
the app was fine and we used it for maybe a year. But then we wanted to pause it andtehn accidentally paid for a whole year. Even though we have been long time partners they did not care at all. They know we just paid more than 800 dolalrs for something we couldnt use at the time and they refused to pay us back. This is the first time i have ever experiences someone so money hungry, because we had a very good relationship before that. Now they just wanted to take as much money as possible and not care about customer relation. We were looking forward to working with them in the future but now not so much. Stay away from this company, they are not honest human beings.

I needed some extra field to populate in Klaviyo It wasnt in Optimonk I asked support > they said no we dont have that BUT we will build it for you. 48 hours later its live, pretty unique to have apps actually owning their shit and implementing real value vast. Props to Emil & Team!
