So far I am very happy, though I'm still in my beginning month. I love the options, and the ability to customize all/most of the elements in the campaigns. When I had a question, Anna was right there on chat in mere moments, and was extremely helpful! I have no doubt that if I'm ever in need of help again, that they will be there to assist. When I'm ready to grow past the page views for the free plan, the paid plans/upgrades look very affordable. You also get emails to help you make the most of your setup. Recommend!

Easy to create a popup form, and if you have any questions about the app, the customer service will be very helpful. This is by far one of the best customer services I have encountered. It would be better if there were more embedded form templates.

You can find them in the Template Library. If you connect your OptiMonk campaign with one of our direct integrations like Klaviyo or Shopify Email, we can even forward data automatically to the email marketing system, so you can set up a flow straight away and send out an email to your new subscribers easily. Support is really good at Optimonk. Loving the integration with Klaviyo and detailed targeting. Popups are beautiful and easy to whip up. Pricing is okay and comparable to similar apps like JustUno. Overall a must-have for any site serious about engaging customers.

Love how much customization the app offers - you can edit everything very easily in the editor and set many different settings as the who the app shows up for. If there's anything that isn't straightforward, the customer support is very helpful and quick to respond! Keep it up!

The templates are great for giving ideas. The quiz helps to find campaigns that are suited to the needs of the company, which makes it easier to whittle down exactly what your store needs.

I moved over from using Rivo to OptiMonk when it became clear Rivo couldn't do half the things I need (particularly multiple pop ups across different pages and advanced customisation). OptiMonk does it all, and what's more it does it with a beautiful and well thought out interface that makes customisation so incredibly easy. I'm really glad I made the switch. Thank you OptiMonk!

Update: I continue to love Optimonk, more than a year after installing it and giving my initial review. I recently had to update my theme to the latest version--it had made several update jumps that I hadn't realized (Version 6 to 11). So it was a major update. I asked Optimonk to confirm that their pop ups had carried through properly, and they immediately checked and confirmed all is well. That really eased my mind! Original Review: This app has some fantastic features! I've always hesitated to do a Pop Up because they are so annoying. The features in this app allow it to come up on exit intent and keep track of whether the customer has used the coupon yet, gently reminding with a subtle banner at the bottom. It looks very classy, and I'm looking forward to growing my business with the help of Optimonk! The customer support is phenomenal. Zsofi stayed with me through several newbie questions and explained everything I needed to know, and provided illustrated screenshots and links to helpful articles. Highly recommend this app.

I just miplemented this app to my shopify store, and needed help, and Chris jumped online on the chat and helped me in under 5 minutes to help set up my campaign and set it up correctly and test it - thanks Chris, what amazing immediate support! Let's hope that the app helps conversions now.... I'm now off to create my next campaign! : )

I absolutely love this app. It integrates super easy into my shopify store. When i had a technical issue, the support team were super helpful and messaged me back within seconds which i highly appreciated and they helped trouble shoot me through the issue and i had the app back up and running in seconds.
