This is an absolutely essential app. I wonder how i missed it so long. I wish i discovered it long ago. The app is very advanced and well thought through. Customer service is great as well.

So far, so good. Intuitive, inexpensive and good support (thanks Chris). Good templates to choose from and customization is relatively simple.

App is very intuitive and can easily setup the popups and triggers. I Had a small problem with the popup but soon after contacting the support, they remedied the issue and even helped me to fix up the design to fix it! Great Support

It was challenging to set up at first but overall it was a great experience using Optimonk and the customer service, particularly Anna was very helpful!

Great app and customer service. Easy to use and it is a helpful tool on our site. The only constructive feedback I would provide is if the app can make it easier for brands with custom themes to customise the pop ups, banners etc with their fonts/icons easier without the need of a developer or recognise the fonts on the site and propose templates based on those.

Great app and customer service. At first it was a little difficult to set the rules, but customer service was always helpful.

The support on this app was great! They helped me very quickly and efficiently. I was having some formatting issues and someone wrote a small snippet of custom code to make everything correct!

I would give it 10 stars if I could. It's just one of those apps that are very properly thought of and developed. The customer support responded to my questions super fast (within minutes) which I did not expect. There are also plenty of free resources within the app to learn from. Shoutout to Tom and Optimonk team for creating such a wonderful app!
