Very good customer service and feature rich. I checked out another highly rated and found Optimonk to be a good bit better overall.

Great features and pricing and super easy to use! I've tested several other apps for popups and this is by far my favorite.

Great app with excellent customer service! There was a compatibility issue with my theme and support was able to fix it. Overall I'm very happy with optimonk!

We've been using this app to create cross-sells and up-sells which are quite complex within our industry and this is the only app we've found which has been able to manage this. We're also looking at utilising the app to offer bespoke messaging to new / returning users to the site, which currently we're not able to manage. I've not needed much help from the support team but anything which has been needed has been responded to quickly and answered efficiently.

Optimonk is The Tool when it comes to ultimate popups. They just convert better. They are faster, and stronger... Visually more interesting, the way they show up... Thats why I pick them. I do 2X better than other popups services. Definitely a must in my tools.

Super easy to use, works exactly as advertised, excellent support, lots of helpful hints along the way, and the price is extremely reasonable. We moved from another platform which was charging close to 5 times more and delivering a lot less. We couldn't be happier with Optimonk.

After using several PopUp apps we found OptiMonk. It’s simple to use and we have great conversion rate! Also fast and helpful customer support so we can only recommend it.

The Exit Intent works! Took a few days to get set up, but once i was set, i began to see conversions right away! I just figured out the mobile exit intent options (wasn't that clear) so looking forward to seeing if this option is as successful as the desktop setting.

I used other similarly priced apps before for pop-ups and Optimonk is by far the best. Had a skype call that cleared up any questions I had, and it's been smooth sailing since.

The reason we looked at optimony was the ability to target international customers, as we do very well with out locla market, but we want to expand into the US and we had a more visitors to the site coming from the use than we had from New Zealand. We use optimonk to capture leads from the US and eventually sell to them. The targeting the right offer to the right market is key and optimonk is the only one that can really do this. its impressive to say the least.

Our signups have increased by almost 300% and redemption of discount codes with pop up by almost 250%. Highly recommend this app.

Been using the app for a little over a month and it works great. I use a 10% off coupon popup and unique coupon code. We have received about $22,000 in sales from that coupon code in a little over a month so the app more than pays for itself especially if you have a lot of traffic like we do. I have tried other apps and this one is the best. The free ones just don't work well like this app does. Good job.
