I used other similarly priced apps before for pop-ups and Optimonk is by far the best. Had a skype call that cleared up any questions I had, and it's been smooth sailing since.

The reason we looked at optimony was the ability to target international customers, as we do very well with out locla market, but we want to expand into the US and we had a more visitors to the site coming from the use than we had from New Zealand. We use optimonk to capture leads from the US and eventually sell to them. The targeting the right offer to the right market is key and optimonk is the only one that can really do this. its impressive to say the least.

Our signups have increased by almost 300% and redemption of discount codes with pop up by almost 250%. Highly recommend this app.

Been using the app for a little over a month and it works great. I use a 10% off coupon popup and unique coupon code. We have received about $22,000 in sales from that coupon code in a little over a month so the app more than pays for itself especially if you have a lot of traffic like we do. I have tried other apps and this one is the best. The free ones just don't work well like this app does. Good job.

We've been able to AB test our pop ups with good results. As a result we have been seeing way more subscribers. Defiantly worthwhile. More emails, more sale. Thanks Optimonk!

We've been using the Optimonk app now for just over a month across all our sites. The team has been incredibly helpful in working with our needs, especially when it came to our bandwidth requirements. This app has seen a definite increase in abandoned cart recoveries. We're just looking to test out the email collection which if what we've seen on how the cart abandonment works, will prove very fruitful. This is one APP every store should be taking advantage of using, no matter what your business size is.

Optimonk has dramatically increased lead captures on our site and we have definitely noticed a lot more people utilising discount codes as a result of the 'coupon code reminder' feature! The service and support are top-notch, so I would recommend this app to anyone wanting to improve their e-commerce performance.

I was stuck choosing between the different pop up services and went with OptiMonk. I was not disappointed! The pop up designs are great as well as the targeting options! I love how I'm only charged based on site views which is flexible.

OptiMonk has fantastic options, and the level of care that support demonstrates is absolutely wonderful! They check in on to see if you need help with anything, and should you have any issues and they are on top of it right there to help you every step of the way. Love it!

It's really pretty good. It has some great segmentation abilities within the app for display rules. Support is good (sometimes a little slow, but they always have been able to fix any issues!). I've used ALL the other apps, and this one is the easiest to use and has the best UI. There's always more we (shopify owners) want as far as functionality, but it does a really good job and will be the best option for 95% of stores out there.

Optimonk's customer service is amazing. They were able to take my brand's custom font and add it to my dashboard for use in all my ads which their competitors were unwilling to do. They walked me through creating pop ups carefully explaining each step. It's been super helpful for my business to have such an easy app to rely upon for pop ups.

A really useful, versatile app that has helped a huge amount in increasing my subscriber numbers as well as capturing sales from those I likely wouldnt have got sales from. I love the split testing functionality as well as the huge number of options that really helps me to personalise what type of visitor is shown what, based on their activity. Highly recommended.
