I'm new on Shopify and there's definitely been a bit of a learning curve. But this app is one of the best and most fun to use that I've found so far. I just got off of a customer support chat with Chris from their team and he fixed my issue in LITERALLY 2 minutes. These guys are awesome.

The app itself is powerful and easy to use but the app support are amazing. 100% would recommend. I cannot wait to see my conversion increase.

Really lovely customer service, assisted me with setting up a few things and just prompt reply. Also enabled some other feature for us without even requesting it. Super happy with both Rudolf and Ati. Highly recommend using this app if you are new to this sort of thing.

The app is tremendous and has generated an abundance of qualified leads for us. However, what's even more impressive is the teams unrelenting desire to help us get users to convert. I've just installed it, so far I'm very impressed with different options it offers beyond a simple pop-up. The set up process is really simple and their customer service is great, very fast and helpful! Update! After months of using the app I can say it is quite effective in capturing leads. Their customer support team is amazing - fast and helpful!
