Straightforward to use and easy to set-up, we use this app with considerable success for exit-intent pop-ups. Conversion rates are good. Definitely recommended.

The app creates a beautiful pop up. The template is easy to use and good choices. I wanted to collect emails but couldn't get Shopify email to send out an automated email/lead magnet in response to gathered emails so switched to collecting emails with the promise of a giveaway instead. The support from Optimonk was FABULOUS while I was grappling with this.

I contacted Support to clarify how the triggers work and it was the best customer support i've ever received. I actioned the changes easily and I have seen instant results and orders from customers. Highly recommend.

So far I am very happy, though I'm still in my beginning month. I love the options, and the ability to customize all/most of the elements in the campaigns. When I had a question, Anna was right there on chat in mere moments, and was extremely helpful! I have no doubt that if I'm ever in need of help again, that they will be there to assist. When I'm ready to grow past the page views for the free plan, the paid plans/upgrades look very affordable. You also get emails to help you make the most of your setup. Recommend!

Easy to create a popup form, and if you have any questions about the app, the customer service will be very helpful. This is by far one of the best customer services I have encountered. It would be better if there were more embedded form templates.

You can find them in the Template Library. If you connect your OptiMonk campaign with one of our direct integrations like Klaviyo or Shopify Email, we can even forward data automatically to the email marketing system, so you can set up a flow straight away and send out an email to your new subscribers easily.
