The process of locating specific items on KakaClo can be quite a chore, with their categorization lacking accuracy and the search results often missing the mark. But I’ve learned to bypass this issue by heading straight to their New Arrivals, where I find the latest styles without the hassle. What's more, their 24/7 live customer support is impressive; having access to real people anytime I need help is a refreshing change from the usual automated responses. These features make sticking with KakaClo worth it despite the initial hurdles.

They finally got back to me and shipped my items but it took 7 to 8 days to ship and were hard to contact so I will give them a 2 as it seems to happen more then once - I notice another customer had not ship - 12 days now and after 4 days of trying to contact they finally tell me out of stock - unacceptable I have been trying to contact these people and have had no reply - it has been over a week since i placed an order and they still have not shipped the products. Extremely poor customer service leaves you guessing if you should cancel the orders and explain to the customer that the distributor is extremely slow and doesnt reply to you. When you call you have to leave a voice mail also. It has been 7 days for one order and 8 days for the other with no clue when it will ship

Some factory workers resign and return to their hometowns before the Chinese New Year. After the New Year, most suppliers resume work in the first week, but there is a shortage of workers, leading to insufficient factory capacity to fulfill the ordered quantity. I've had a mixed but generally positive experience with KakaClo. The selection from the US warehouse hasn't been as extensive as I hoped, leading to some limitations in my inventory choices. Yet, the dynamic updates from the Chinese warehouse more than make up for it, offering a diverse range of styles that keeps my store on-trend. Additionally, the shipping times from China have been impressively quick, which has helped maintain customer satisfaction. While there's room for improvement, KakaClo has overall been a valuable partner for my business.

I have had a good experience so far. I love how stylish their clothes are and customer service is always on point. I wish they made more life videos so that we know the quality we can expect our customers to receive. It would be nice to see more presence on social media.
