We've tried the other MCF apps and found them either too expensive for what they offer or too complicated to manage. This app just WORKS. It's easy to set up and mapping products to your Amazon SKUs is a breeze. The only thing this app is missing is live shipping rates from Amazon but honestly not a deal breaker.

The App doesn't work to reroute orders to different locations in my store as my Apps auto fulfil orders :( "Unfortunately, Order Automator does not communicate with other apps, so if another app is handling fulfilment, our app won’t be able to override or prevent it from fulfilling orders"
It's impossible for any app to do what you're asking. Logically, Shopify does not allow 1 app to control another app's actions. We cannot intercept another app's actions to your store, nor would it be ethical to try and do so. The does reroute orders to different locations, it just cannot stop your other apps from fulfilling orders. If you think about it logically, it makes perfect sense that 1 app wouldn't be able to block actions of other apps.

We use the app it to send orders to our suppliers. About a year ago I submitted a request and asked if it is possible to add PDF files to the e-mail to our suppliers. This was not possible but the developers went to work and made it possible. I want to especially thank Joe and the rest of the team for all the work you did to cater to my needs. The app is very straightforward and easy to configure. Definitely to be recommended!

The Order Automator app has transformed the way we manage our order fulfillment process! The ability to automatically send order confirmation orders to vendors - especially being able to specify to only include products in an order to the vendor it is assigned to. Their support team is also incredibly friendly, responsive, and lovely to work with. I'd highly recommend this app to anyone!

Support is wishy-washy and gives you the run-around instead of trying to directly help you. They stated we could hop on a call and after multiple requests to schedule one, it wasn't addressed. Ultimately they couldn't provide the setup help I needed and I will find a different solution.
We tried our best to help with your unique situation + offered a call multiple times. You were asking for help about integrating with a different app (a shipping app), we gave you advice based on what has worked for other users with similar intentions. Support answered all questions promptly within standard business hours, was polite and gave the best answers based on your input. Order Automator was functioning 100% correctly. We offered a phone call with our lead developer + gave you a direct solution that has worked for other users with similar integrations. The problem, as we can see in the support thread, is that a different app that was handling your fulfillment was not doing what you want. We cannot access nor control what other apps do. I'm sorry you feel frustrated, I wish you would have accepted the developer meeting offer so we could help you solve your problem together. I hope you're able to find a solution for your problem.

We've been using this app to automatically add a free printed guide to every first-time order — and the results have been incredible. I've been using this plugin for some very basic functions, however, I am pleased with how responsive and professional the support and development teams are. I needed a custom function to automatically cancel old orders, and they provided me with it fairly quickly and were eager to receive my feedback and make any needed adjustments. Absolutely best app to make processing orders easier and more efficient. A must have program if you email or manually enter PO's - Even if just some orders. Can't wait to explore more of the capabilities. Support has been amazing. Super responsive and accurately helpful.

Great app with excellent support! We were looking for a workaround that would allow us to help us tag orders with multiple cart attributes, and they were able to help us out immediately.

Great app plus great support. We use this app to route orders to Amazon but there is so much more it can do. Do you ship from multiple locations? It can help there. Problem customers? Send them to a black list!

The order automator app has had some of the best support of any app we have ever used. Everything is extremely customizable and easy to use! Would definitely recommend to any users who need to tag orders!

Excellent plugin with a lot of uses cases. I have used it for several different notifications in my business: -notify manual dropship vendor when an order is placed so they can fulfill (it uploads tracking info back to Shopify too) -alert us when someone who has issued a chargeback in the past places another order so we can deal with it -alert us when someone uses a PO Box so we can ensure the weight of the order is within USPS parameters -auto cancel high fraud flagged orders Customer service has been ultra responsive 100% of the time. Nothing at all bad to say about this plugin, it is WELL worth the small price.

Order Automator is one of THE most valuable apps I have installed on my shop, which delivers a combination of digital and physical products where every order needs to be handled a little differently. It saves me so much time and streamlines my workflow. The team has been especially helpful every time I've run into corner cases where I needed assistance setting up flows to manage them.
