This app works great and the Logbase support team is phenomenal. I've never experienced such amazing support with a Shopify app before! I did a free trial of another app from Logbase (Dealeasy), and had such a positive experience with the support that I decided to look into their other apps. I was already using another shipping calendar app but after the trial on Pickeasy, I'm switching over. The app works really well. It may take awhile to understand exactly how to make various changes and customizations, but every single use case I needed for the app was covered. I've never known an app company whose support team will answer questions and make technical changes on the fly for you (at all hours of the day!), or where you can schedule a zoom call on Calendly to go over questions. I'd like to call out Vignesh and Kavishan from the support team who have been extremely helpful so far. I definitely recommend this app and the Logbase company!

The app works like magic and is perfect! Sudan Ravi and Subiksha was extremely helpful and supportive—he resolved my issue within a minute and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service!

Fabulous customer service, resolved my issue of the widget appearing at the bottom of some pages immediately. Was able to install every thing I wanted with this app for a bakery company. Great customisations.

Just started to use the app and so far looks good, does about 95% of what I would need it to do but that is limited just by my Shopify subscription. Both Barath and Moonz were very helpful in helping me setting up the app.

Unable to use full capabilities as explained Pickeasy's help documentation. Pickeasy requires the CCS API. Although Pickeasy's help documentation says that this can be added by a Shopify admin through live chat, the information Pickeasy provides is not fully accurate. The plan I am on does not allow me to have access to the CCS API, even by paying an extra $20/mo to Shopify. I would need to pay a minimum of $100/mo extra to Shopify (in addition to the Pickeasy fees) to be able to fully implement the Pickeasy app.
Hi Michaela, Thank you so much for your feedback. Just to clarify, the Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) API is a requirement from Shopify, not from our app. It’s only needed if you want to set your own delivery or shipping rates inside Pickeasy — otherwise, you can use all core features without it. We’ve clearly mentioned this in our in-app banner and User Guide since Shopify controls the pricing and eligibility for the CCS API. I completely understand how confusing this can be and truly wish it were something we could control directly. If you’re open to it, I’d love to personally check if your store really needs the CCS API or suggest other workarounds that don’t require it. This has made it easier for us to manage the different types of pick up/delivery options we have in our store. I had a small issue (of my own doing of course) that they helped me fix so quickly! Definitely recommend this app.
