The app offers many customizations, especially for businesses with differing product availabilities (like bakeries). Jennifer and Subiksha helped us a lot in setting up the checkout process in our shop so customers have a smooth experience.

Setup a zoom call with Subiksha and he was great in helping me setup the PickEasy app with my Shopify store. He even helped me fix some layout issues to line up the checkout page. Very helpful support and highly recommend. Thanks Subiksha

Excellent Customer Support !! I had a wierd issue come up and contacted support via chat. It was a code issue and cleaned up in less than 5 minutes. Total support call time in chat was about 15 minutes total. Color me impressed. UPDATE: I had to call again, and Jenifer helped me this time. These folks are just amazing.

B. Manaz was extremely helpful - could not have done without his assistance! He walked me through the system and changes, asked for permission every time he made a change, explained what he was doing and had patience with my numerous questions. He also knows his system and Shopify really well!

This is an excellent application with a multitude of important settings for those involved in local delivery. Of course, I’d love to further refine the interface, but that’s subjective – you can’t please everyone. What really stands out, though, is the incredible support. They communicate quickly and easily via chat and are also more than happy to help you over an online Zoom call. It’s simply unbelievable! A special shout-out goes to Manaz – you're an outstanding support!
