I had some problems customising the app. Manaz spent his time walking me through how to fix the issues and was extremely patient, making sure he answered all the questions that I had. The app is now running on the store better than I had anticipated. The customer service is excellent.

Subiksha helped me alot with my query and problem. The Pickup app has been able to optimize our selling process. Using the App has been very intuitive and easy to do.

Just installed today but the support team was amazing helping this non-developer make things work. They even helped me add the information being collected by the app onto my confirmation emails which saved me so much time, and let's face it, a massive headache!
