I had an issue to figure out some same day slot availability from Pickeasy App, I clicked to help chat and got connected to Manaz and he sat with me on zoom call and helped to solve the problem immediately! So proffessional and customer centric experience.

Subiksha was ABSOLUTELY a great help. She was detailed, patient in repeating to me. Knew her stuff well. Even took notice of the gaps that I myself didn't notice and she fixed those for me. She is indeed a great asset.

Manaz was such a big help getting Pickeasy to work with my checkout. He also recommended tweaks to my site to help with the customer experience and went through and confirmed everything was working properly. He is very knowledgeable, patient and saved me so much time and heartache. I spent 2 days trying to get this to work and was about to give up trying, but he solved it all in less than 30 minutes.
