I installed this app and spent several hours configuring the settings. Then the app could not convert past the cart. It got stuck on the address field and users can not input and address. It only allowed the pin to be dragged on a continent sized map. Then toggled off the app on my live them and reached out to support. EXPLICITLY telling them that they needed to fix the issue in the backup copy of the theme NOT TOGGLE BACL ON THE BROKEN SETTING IN MY LIVR THME. Due to this I missed an entire day of sales. This is completely unacceptable I want a full refund. This cost me more than it would ever be worth, it’s just extra app bloat and checkout friction issues will arise. What terrible solutions to support, they should be ashamed of themself for hurting my business and editing my live theme. App does not function out of box 0/10 would not recommend ruining your cart and checkout making it IMPOSSIBLE TO CONVERT.

Just started using this app and was having a hard time getting it to show up. Had amazing service by Rajkumar who was able to remote access my shopify and get it set up for me. Excited to have this feature.

We have been using this app for our business for over a year now and it has been great. The support team is super responsive if an issue ever comes up. Highly recommend this if you are looking for an app that can process order pickup at multiple sites!

Pickeasy is really good and works exactly as we needed. The features are solid and easy to use. What truly stands out is the support team they are amazing. Die App ist super easy aufgebaut, lässt sich leicht zu integrieren und der Kundenservice ist echt mega. Kann die App bis dato empfehlen. Läuft sicher und ist natürlich eine super Geschichte, wenn man solche Rates anbieten will, wie Abholung oder Lieferungen.
