Vagnish was great! He and his team helped implement the app to fit our specific needs, and support was provided the same day. Extrememly patients. Spent 55 minutes with me as we worked together.

Lisa was a tremendous help when I encountered issues setting up the Google Maps API. Although we eventually decided to abort the setup and revert to the starter plan, she patiently guided me through every step of the process. Her clear explanations and calm support made the experience smooth and reassuring throughout.

The Pickeasy app is great, perfect for setting up my postcode checker / delivery/collection dates and times with different rates. The best customer service ever - Manaz just helped me sort out many things very quickly and even highlighted things I wouldn't have thought about, he was excellent. Thank you

Subiksha is helpful and attentive to my inquiries. Speedy response, thank you :) I like that it adds multiple shipping options to the cart to allow customers to pick the time they'd like their products delivered.

Dhina, was AMAZING! I'd been using another app for our delivery and pickup schedule, but ran into some issues. After requesting live support but only being met with "help guides" I decided to find another app to take over. From the time I got on the zoom with Dhina, I explained my companies issues and he got right to work. Thats what you call CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Dhina for getting my shop back up and running like it should be.
