We have a very unique business and the customization capabilities and the easy of updating our availability for pickup has been immensely valuable to our business. Unlike with Shopify, the Customer Support is very responsive and helpful. Using the chat feature I can count on a quick resolution to any issue I may have.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Anzeige vom Lieferdatum wenn ich vom Checkout zum Warenkorb zurück gesprungen bin und habe daraufhin einen Zoom Termin mit dem Logbase vereinbart. Der Zoom Termin hat wie vereinbart stattgefunden und mein Problem wurde sehr schnell gelöst. Obwohl mein Englisch nicht sehr gut ist wurde mein Problem verstanden und es wurde sich Zeit für mich genommen. Ich kann Logbase jeden mit gutem Gefühl weiterempfehlen.
