I have a bakery, and I wasn't sure what was the best App to schedule my local deliveries and pick up options during checkout. There are so many apps that it was really confusing. I chose Pickeasy, and I couldn't be happier. The help team is super helpful. They give you support all the way to set up and answer all your questions. I was helped by Veena, and she couldn't have been more helpful. She was extremely patient, and walked me through the process until it looked exactly like I wanted it. Thank you so much VEENA, you are GREAT!

Sudhan is a kick-ass helper! He helped set up my Delivery rates and delivery conditions, accessed my computer using zoom calls, and walked me through every part of the process. Very helpful. Even when I couldn't do things, he allowed me to sit back and watch him set up each scenario on my page. Thanks!

I am editing my review and apologise to the team at Delivery-Pickeasy App for my 1 Star review previously, I did not realise that I had installed this app previously so I wasnt aware I had already used the trial. Thankyou for your quick response and for looking into this for me and for giving me an explanation. It is much appreciated. Absolutely fantastic app for my cake business which allows customers to pick a location and time to pick up. Used customer support and was assisted by Rahul who was fantastic at helping me set up my store.

Siva was AMAZING! I received the absolute best customer service I've every experienced before. And I'm a stickler for good customer service. He was patient with me, he provided customization to my shop upon request. I wish that I could hire Siva for all my Shopify applications. I don't usually write reviews which is a shame because as an entrepreneur, I know the value they offer to potential customers. Anyhow, do NOT hesitate to download this amazing app.

We have just begun allowing customers to use the app but we have finished up testing. It functions exactly how we would like, there were a few minor tweaks that we wanted to make (mostly cosmetic) and support was extremely quick and helpful, they even assisted with a web issue we were having completely unrelated to the app!
