Recently installed to handle local deliveries as well as pickups and shipping. The customer service has been excellent so far and Barath helped to get everything working just right.

Initial interactions were positive, but subsequent technical issues have been met with disappointing customer service. Despite multiple attempts to contact the team via the provided email, there has been no response to my query. Every time I contact support via chat, they have no clue about my query or the email I have sent. The prompt to leave a 5-star review immediately after the initial meeting raises concerns about the authenticity of the reviews displayed.

I have used Pickeasy on various stores that I manage. It has great functionality for pickup dates and time, blackout dates and hiding the slot picker on certain products. It is very easy to use. They also have great service. I have had a few occasions in which I needed their help. They are responsive and easy to work with. Great App all around!

Jenifer J., a representative of the customer success team, was extremely helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and walked me through the whole process on how Pickeasy works! You do have to upgrade to the $10 a month plan to actually use it on your online store. Although, it does allow you to try the upgraded version for 14 days before you are charged. You can cancel prior to the 14th day and not be charged if it doesn’t work for you. I think this app is worth paying $10 a month to allow my customers flexibility in offering different time slots to choose from for local delivery. It also provides me the flexibility of deciding when I want to be available for local delivery. I hope you find this review helpful! :)
