This app has solved all our problems, and Siva jumped on a quick zoom to help answer my questions and get it all set up for in less than 5 minutes - perfect service!

This app and the support provided has been amazing. We needed an app that could handle multiple delivery scenarios to work in with our small business. To date all has been achievable! Most of all the ability to set up Zoom calls and discuss our needs and have them attended to live is amazing. Highly recommend the app!

The customer support from this app was instrumental to building our local delivery options. Sreeman was particularly helpful in providing guidance over Zoom and ensuring that the options and payment processes were set up properly with a seamless user experience. Would highly recommend this app for the instant chat support and fast customer service.

This app is just what I need to automate the pick-up/local delivery scheduling for my small business. I have tried a few different related apps, and none of them provide the utmost helpful customer support that LogBase's app does. This app is the best one stop shop app for delivery/shipping/pickup. I've tried multiple apps and this one by far exceeds my expectations in ease of use, options, and look. The team there is also beyond helpful and set up my store via a zoom call. It was so quick and easy! highly recommend!

Unfortunately, it did not work for my website. Many minor errors, lack of internal communication between the app support team. It really messed up my shipping section , automatic email does not look professional and continually losing the customer - Launched the site last week and already lost 4 customers.. Its crucial for the new site.. Support team was always there and willing to helpful but it is just not meet my needs

We can also help you customize all the emails as per your requirement. We are also limited in some cases in Shopify as the checkout page of Shopify is not customizable, this would be the case for all similar apps in the Shopify app store. You can check them as well.
