Excellent app, I am using for local delivery, simple to use, integrates with the store and the guys quickly fixed a small issue I had in the cart due to some other apps. Very happy with this app and the support.

Their support staff was extremely helpful! They helped me set everything up and it truly lifted a weight off our shoulders. Definitely give them a try their monthly rate is competitive compared to some of the other apps on the site, I will update my review based on performance soon but It is a relief to know that their support team is available and ready to help if something comes up.

I moved from Zapiet to this app thinking it would be an upgrade, but it turned out to be a complete waste of time. Their team had full access to my store and handled the entire setup, yet during installation, they nearly crashed the site by disabling all key functions, including the “Add to Cart” button. I had to restore my previous theme just to bring the store back online. Even worse, their configuration allowed customers to place orders without being charged the correct shipping fees, leaving me to cover the shipping costs out of pocket to protect the customer experience. When I contacted them for help, they simply said they didn’t have the ability to support at the moment. Extremely disappointing experience. I am reverting back to Zapiet and now have to reinstall and reconfigure everything from scratch.

I also noticed that you were trying to connect your UPS shipping carrier with Pickeasy. Unfortunately, at the moment, Pickeasy doesn’t support live carrier integrations. I completely understand that this should have been communicated more clearly. The reason behind this is that adding live carrier support within Pickeasy introduces additional complexities to our advanced rate rules. That’s why we have a dedicated app built specifically to handle live carriers and their rate calculations efficiently. Just what I was looking for. I had some changes I wanted to make that were too complicated for me to do so had a zoom call, shared my screen and they sorted all the changes to suit me within a few minutes. Excellent customer service.

Really needed something to help manage curbside pick ups and this is perfect. Integrated well with our theme and was able to get some lil' tweaks done with a quick chat. Def. recommend!
