After trying several local delivery apps this app has met all my requirements and exceeded my expectations. The best part about the app is the customer support team - they've been able to kindly get me set up as well as help make the layout perfect for my store. Even when I changed themes, the process was really easy and painless. They were easy to speak to and understood the outcomes I wanted to achieve. I absolutely recommend this to stores needing a quality local delivery date scheduler and good customer support!! Thanks to Siddarth for all your help.

We offer fresh bread delivery on certain days and locations via local delivery. We also offer pick-up on farmers market two days a week. Besides we ship all over Slovenia our natural syrups under Saint Lorenz brand. In Store Pickup Local Delivery app enables all this. The customer service response is quick and they are patient and thorough. Annie fixed my issue and helped me configure something to better work for me. Very happy with customer service! The app is intuitive and easy to use but I still had to contact support on some stuff. Pick-up customers are also asked to enable their location services which seems like an unnecessary step for a pick-up customer. For those reasons I give the app 4 stars, but the customer service is a 10.

All team members are very professional. Reply super fast!! All my messages were replied immediately. I am having an issue with local delivery and pick up issue with my website. Tried few apps. All of them are not the one fit my store need. This APP have all I need. Their team help me to set up the setting to meet exactly what I need. I had a great zoom meeting with Sudhan, he helped all the set ups. Highly recommend the company and their APP.

I am a Grocery owner, I am very happy to have their apps for my store, the functions are really helpful, I can even set up a delivery by different date for different area, and also different delivery rate for the delivery. on top of that the support team are sooooo nice , always there for you, solve the problems really quick!

Siva was great at teaching me how to make some changes on the app, great customer service. I learned how to change the language form english to spanish (: Plus everytime something changes in settings they help super quick.

I have used the scheduling feature to get help with integrating the system twice now and both times it has been extremely helpful. Just had a chat today with Siva and he completely walked me through updating our checkout. We have been using the service for a month across two locations and it has been a huge help to our small business.

Standout customer service -- they were incredibly responsive, timely, and helpful in getting the app integrated with our site. I was able to schedule a virtual meeting same-day for them to do some back-end work to ensure everything worked properly. Highly recommend, not just for the app (it does exactly what we need!), but also for the customer service support.

I had tried a lot Date Picker app either paid or free. I can tell you this one is the great becos you can pre-set all time slot here. And one big point is about blackout date, you can pre-set the Date with different time slot too. And really appreciate helpful support by Siddarth Nataraj. Cheers.

This app is amazing; the amount of options from block dates, lead time, product override, etc. is exactly what I needed. I had to make a modification that required code change, but Siddarth and his team immediately jumped onto the issue and was able to make the changes needed. 10/10

I am using this app to set up various delivery rates and different locations with numerous product lead times and conditions and they have been prompt and very helpful in getting things fixed when I had issues. Siva has been extremely helpful in assisting me in trouble shooting all my variant products and has saved me an enormous amount of time and energy. So it has been much appreciated. I would highly recommend this product especially with is encompassing service. There have been many options to make contact, whether it be screen sharing, setting up zoom calls and assessing spread sheet data.
