This app is fire. A must have for every one who's using shopify to run their local business. The app has helped us tremendously to manage the incoming orders and not get flooded in the kitchen. Excellent app and the team is super responsive, especially Rahul who is always around and hands-on to help. Most importantly, they understand your business, make suggestions, and are happy to help with any customisation. This is the only date and time picker app on Shopify that works well in the open cart drawer! I have been trying several apps and this is a clear winner.

In Store Pickup Local Delivery helps you add slot pickers not only on the cart page but the ajax cart as well. They have a free set-up assistance service which is very prompt and efficient. It is definitely one of the most cost-effective solution out there!

I'm using the base version and this does exactly what I need since our business is exclusively pickup and delivery. Their online chat help is quick and helped resolve some initial setup issues I was experiencing. They also took the time to setup my timeslots, review all my settings and suggested some tips for better user experience. I spent alot of time with other Apps that didn't work the way I wanted and never heard back from their support. This App and service rocks! Thanks LogBase to getting my online store up and running!

The support team goes above and beyond to make sure their application works best for your theme. They have a great communication system that allows you to schedule Zoom calls for initial set-up and/or questions. This application has been so helpful for our store after we changed to a new curbside pick-up model.

This app is brilliant, it has enabled me to organise my orders, collections and shipping. Not all my products can be shipped. I contacted the guys for help with set up and they shared my screen and did so much of the set-up for me. I am delighted with it. They are so quick to respond to any questions.

I have searched and searched for a one stop shop for Pick up and Deliver and to my delight, I finally found it with the In Store Pick Up Local Delivery App. Past apps created major problems in our store resulting in loss of sales as both pick up and delivery apps did not talk to each other. This app was simple to set up and integrate and the Log Base customer service chat was available for my most pressing questions. I was immediately offerred a Zoom call with the developer who did all the back end work to satisfy our needs. I have to say, I had the most wonderful customer service experience I have ever had using any shopify apps by Kumar from Log Base. He was so kind to talk me through everything and to integrate the app onto my website. The app is up and running and working seemlesly on Day 1. Highly recommend this app to avoid headaches and confusion to your customer and to minimise your admin of using 2 seperate apps. Well done Log Base and thankyou for all the work you have put into improving our online store.
