Ik was op zoek naar een makkelijke en niet te dure app om afhalen beschikbaar te maken op mijn website. Deze app heeft alle opties die ik nodig heb. Bij het installeren kwam ik wat problemen tegen. Hierbij werd ik heel snel en heel goed geholpen door Rahul. We planden gelijk een zoom meeting in en hij heeft alle tijd genomen om alles goed in te stellen en uit te leggen. Ik raad deze app zeker aan!!

sowmiya was very helpful with our zoom meeting today with setting up my account. I would high recommend using this system. the support was great. Also to add at a later date, I must have contacted these guys a good 10 times now and not once has it been an issue and has always resolved any issues. the response time aswell is bar far the fastest on all apps I've used.

Customer service makes navigating this app SMOOTH sailing. Best to meet on Zoom and spend a little time on your issue and they will share screen and show you exactly how to get from point A to B and then again from point B-D :). Thank you for todays help! Some improvements to consider: The Calendar and the charge at Checkout aren't cohesive...for example the same customer in one zip code can select a time that isn't offered to them...it shouldn't show a specific time to the zip code if the zip code doesn't offer it at checkout. There are a few more little things like this I'd like to submit for review...but overall, it does get the job done.

ALWAYS great customer service.. I was helped Janani, I was greeted with a chat pop up from window where a real agent joined right away. This has been the case every time I've had to troubleshoot. They assisted with my issue then also showed me how to update it myself for next time. Very happy with this!

I needed to change the settings and Raj was available immediately. He quickly fixed the settings how I needed them and was so helpful and pleasant. Thank you Raj!

日本のサイトで使用しても問題なく運用できます。すべて英語で記載されていますが、難しい単語は使用されていないので設定も問題なくできます。 また、不明点があってもカスタマーサービスは迅速で丁寧なのでお勧めです。 一度テーマを変更した際にアプリのインストールがうまくかみ合わず、困っていたのですが連絡したところすぐに直してくれました。

Kavishan is the most professional support ever! amazing app and amazing service! A bit more improvements can be done to the app to match all our requests, but I'm sure the team are open for suggestions and are actively working to improve the app!
