This app works exactly as I wanted it to be. There are some features which could be done to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the app which I would give it only 4 stars, but their customer service is superb and swift in handling technical issues. So 5 stars for you!

This app is perfect for everything I've thrown at it. I have three zones of deliveries, all at different prices and all with free shipping over £20. Can set the zones with full postcodes or partial matches and it works amazingly. Can easily customise the look of the cart mechanics to suit your theme and the options for setting specific days for delivery and lead times is crucial and flawless. And then there is the support, they cannot do enough for you and they are available 24/7. They reply instantly and any changes or big jobs are done within 12 hours, if not there and then. The team have made big changes based just off my questions and they literally cannot do enough to help. I honestly wouldn't bother wasting your time trying other apps because I have tried them all and they dont even come close to the functionality and support of this one by LogBase.

Got to say hands down some incredible technical support with these guys. Was on a tight deadline and experienced some issues - they got back to me within 6 hours and basically ran through everything from start to finish to make sure all was working. Special thanks to Kumar!

Excellent app and the team is super responsive, especially Rahul who is always around and hands-on to help. Most importantly, they understand your business, make suggestions, and are happy to help with any customisation. This is the only date and time picker app on Shopify that works well in the open cart drawer! I have been trying several apps and this is a clear winner.

In Store Pickup Local Delivery helps you add slot pickers not only on the cart page but the ajax cart as well. They have a free set-up assistance service which is very prompt and efficient. It is definitely one of the most cost-effective solution out there!

I'm using the base version and this does exactly what I need since our business is exclusively pickup and delivery. Their online chat help is quick and helped resolve some initial setup issues I was experiencing. They also took the time to setup my timeslots, review all my settings and suggested some tips for better user experience. I spent alot of time with other Apps that didn't work the way I wanted and never heard back from their support. This App and service rocks! Thanks LogBase to getting my online store up and running!

The support team goes above and beyond to make sure their application works best for your theme. They have a great communication system that allows you to schedule Zoom calls for initial set-up and/or questions. This application has been so helpful for our store after we changed to a new curbside pick-up model.
