Absolutely incredible customer support. Have never experience anything like this with any other app. They immediately reply by chat or will get on a zoom call and figure everything out without a fault. Would highly recommend this app for their customer support!

the customer service is EXTREMELY fast and documentation is very clear. everything is stellar from the moment you install. I had a couple questions as I was setting up, and was able to set up a zoom call with them and they helped me work out everything. excellent service. update - I've been using this app for months, and their customer service continues to amaze me. my checkout crashed for tons of customers due to another app interfering with this one. even though the issue wasn't this app's fault, they fixed it for me. 10/10.

We were using a different app for our Pickup & Delivery date selection and it was giving us no end of trouble for us and our customers, especially given the seemingly unique nature of how we sell our products. I searched and found Store Pickup & Local Delivery and decided to give it a try. Even though they were in their infancy (we've been using them now for 7 months) and the app didn't have all the features they do now, it was the support from the team that blew us away. They were always happy to assist in setting up or changing settings, customising and performing minor tweaks, and listening to feedback and feature requests (which they've now added) and we couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Kumar and the team, we couldn't ask for more, and our store would not be what it is today without you! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! FIVE (TEN?) STARS!!

I have tried the free trials of most of the store pick-ups on this system and this is probably the best. The customer service is great, just click on live chat and they can get you on zoom and fix your queries within a few minutes, it's really easy!

We installed this app onto our website to enable our customers to easily pick between normal shipping and Click and Collect. The App support was super helpful and efficient. We had a few appearance and performance preferences that we couldn't solve and so we contacted support, arranged a zoom meeting and screen shared our issues. The friendly app expert solved all our problems and we were up and running straight away. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to install.

We have a floral shop and had been using a different app for the past several months but in order to get all the features we needed our monthly price kept going up. The customer service with In Store Pickup Local Delivery is unmatched. A wonderful representative worked with me this morning to get everything set up exactly how we wanted it and after set up I had one more question and within 2 minutes another associate had me on a zoom call and had fixed the problem for me. Amazing app, best customer service.

Amazing!! The customer service is out of this world!! A rep stayed on chat with me for over an hour customizing the app for my shop and let me know next steps for adding a second location. My shopping cart now looks fantastic and is so much easier to use than the other app I was using! Thank you!!!!

This app is miles above one of the competitors which we used first. We were unhappy and looking for any change, but could not imagine how many issues would be fixed JUST upon installing it. We did have to contact customer support, but Sudhan from their customer service team was a dream. Solved all of our critical issues at an odd hour, I simply clicked the "chat with an agent" button and he immediately asked if I'd prefer a Zoom call, we got everything worked out. Fantastic app, highly recommend.

I installed this app to help me schedule pick ups and local deliveries. After only a few days I decided to uninstall when I discovered a flaw that allows customers to select local delivery than check out without providing their address - causing me to have to get in touch with the customer for clarification. Which totally defeats the purpose of the app. I spoke with customer service and the problem can be remedied if you upgrade the app (aka pay more money) which to me is like - you know there's a glitch in the system but in order for the app to run smoothly, you want me to pay more. Ya okay.... There are some things I liked about the app, but ultimately having to contact customers to follow up doesn't serve my business well.
