I am consistently incredibly happy with the service from this app. The team are so quick to respond, are very friendly and have been able to resolve any issues I have had very efficiently. They always go above and beyond to help me with the tech side of things, which is not my forte, and have made my life so much easier. Today, Subiksha helped me reinstate the app after I changed the theme of my Shopify store. We were on a Zoom call within minutes of me getting in touch and also ended up fixing a calendar issue that I hadn't even mentioned. They were so kind and helpful and this app has totally changed the way we sell online, allowing for different postage costs and different delivery dates based on location. I cannot recommend this app and it's team enough.

Was having difficulting with a couple of settings and messaged the support team. Within 5 minutes I was on a Zoom call, he was controlling my screen and entering code to fix all my problems. Amazing service I was so impressed by this. I highly recommend you download the app.

Our floral & gift store is using this app now to allow customers choose when they would like to receive their orders, by choosing if they want a delivery, or to pick up at the store. We customised the date range and time slot according to our business hours. The interface is user friendly, it's very easy to use as feedback by our friends who have tested out our newly launched website (we shifted from another e-commerce platform to Shopify recently) Installation is hassle free and the only thing we faced was the date picker window got truncated while on mobile mode. Once we wrote in, they replied within 6 minutes and got it fixed, that's just incredible.

I used this app to help me customize my page so I can have date and time slots for delivery. I had an issue trying to solve something with Paypal and Saravana was the best helping me with some coding. Less than 10 minutes and he solved my issue!!! Siva is very helpful and competent. I asked for 3 scenarios of shipping rates and he was able to work out a great solution. He is also patient and pleasant. The experience gives me much confidence to continue using Logbase / Pickeasy. Thank you Siva and Logbase.

This app works perfectly well. It is easy to integrate and the customer service is simply THE BEST. They answer in real time and can access the backend of your site to fix any problem in just a few minutes after the request. Absolutely recommend!

Very well thought out, with so many customizations and features possible to suit your delivery/pickup needs. Customer support is also top notch! Updated to add that I have on several occasions been in touch with customer support, and they have all been fabulous. Annie helped me with setting up the advanced app, and I had a number of things I needed help with - she did them all in a timely manner and exactly how I needed them to be. Thanks so much!

The team has been super helpful in assisting us in setting up delivery& pickup on our store due to our complicated delivery settings. We're live with the app for almost a week now, so far so good. Happy with how its working out so far! Try it out and get in touch with them via zoom to get help, their support have been quite impressive! Update: Aug 2023 - have been using the app since Apr 2021. Support had been great and have helped in minor adjustments as and when required. Much appreciate the support!
