This app is amazing; the amount of options from block dates, lead time, product override, etc. is exactly what I needed. I had to make a modification that required code change, but Siddarth and his team immediately jumped onto the issue and was able to make the changes needed. 10/10

I am using this app to set up various delivery rates and different locations with numerous product lead times and conditions and they have been prompt and very helpful in getting things fixed when I had issues. Siva has been extremely helpful in assisting me in trouble shooting all my variant products and has saved me an enormous amount of time and energy. So it has been much appreciated. I would highly recommend this product especially with is encompassing service. There have been many options to make contact, whether it be screen sharing, setting up zoom calls and assessing spread sheet data.

We couldn't manage without this app! So helpful for scheduling pickups. We don't do shipping, so we use it exclusively for scheduling order pickups. It's very customizable with the 15 minute interval option and the blackouts. Customer support is the best I've seen - they respond immediately. They helped us tweak an issue on our order page, so that the scheduler worked properly. I also just reached out to them about a possible new feature that would really help, and they immediately scheduled a zoom call and had me explain the feature we would love to have added, and they're putting in a ticket to see if they can add this feature. I'm so so pleased with this app and their team. Highly recommend.

We have a unique setup in that we only delivery locally, so we require zip verification, delivery rates based on zip, and delivery / pickup scheduling. This app integrates & is customizable much more easily (and less expensively) than the competitors I've tried. Support is extremely responsive and extremely helpful, and have helped me integrate into multiple themes as we've grown / updated our site. Highly recommended.

Sudhan really helps me a lot. He knows in and out our store and he understands what we are trying to achieve. Great customer service. All questions answered and lots of help in implementing solutions that were effective and targeted to my business. Finally an app for pickup that works for multiple locations AND sorts the orders by location! Developers helped me troubleshoot issues in my product listings as well. Highly recommend!

This app manages to resolve some of the major pain points that we have for delivery and pick-up services, especially with Siva being very helpful and patient during the whole process, from explanation to integration. I must say! We have been using this plug-in for 2 months, and Siva is still providing the best service he can! for us! I have a few enquiries and he was able to suggest a solution to go about it too! E.g., having to send customers notifications a day before before the order goes out. So KUDOS to SIva & team! Amazing speed at finding solutions!

Great customer support and set up! Just starting to use the APP, but all the tests are doing everything we need. Great for Florists or anyone wanting to deliver based on distance, deliver specific products only on certain dates. Only have local pick up. Lots of choices. And MUCH more affordable than the competitors.

Have been using this app for my bakery for roughly the past 6 months. We offer several delivery options as well as pick ups and we’re scheduling everything individually before using the app. Having the calendar scheduling tool has been a game charger and saves us a lot of time and makes it so much easier for customers to book their orders themselves. There are a lot of options to customize so I was able to tweak the standard offerings on the app to suit our specific situation easily. I had 2 semi-major issues since using the app that prevented any orders being placed on our website for a short period of time but we’re quickly corrected by their customer service team. Both my customer service experiences have been 10/10 and they even fixed an issue overnight for me. Couldn’t recommend this app any more!

Everytime I have a challenge the fix is just moments away with this team. The ease of getting things solved is fantastic for busy stores. Thank you!
