This app works well and has reduced our backoffice workload significantly and reduced order errors. It's pretty easy to use and set up, the support service is very responsive and have fixed any issues I've come across They keep adding more features that keeps this app well ahead of the competition. We've changed our theme and again the app team were super responsive, changing the app colours to match our new theme really quickly

app is simple and grate!! special things is that does not add a product "pickup" to your order like all the others do... and that is important because it will not change your product statistics ... we have lots of app and the support of this one is FIVE STARS !!!

This app is really important for online florists because choosing delivery date is very crucial for our customers. A huge shout out to the team, Sree, Siva, Janani and Rajkumar, who had helped me to set up the delivery settings based on our store unique needs. They had also helped us to customise the appearance based on my perfectionism and OCD. Great work! Highly recommend!

The online customer support service i received while attempting to set up this app was fantastic! There were a couple of small issues i was unsure how to resolve and Siva in customer Care amended for me from their end with my permission.

I can't honestly say enough good things about this app and the support team. The app does exactly what we needed and we have been able to style the UI to suit our site design. The support team are highly responsive and extremely helpful.

Best customer service of any app I've ever used. The guys are very responsive and fast to solve any issues. I use the app to control my daily deliveries and they are always by my side if I need to customize the experience. The app is also very simple and effective!

Great customer support. Works well and nice feature to get emails with each order per location. Also usefull to customize local language.

We are an online cake store and we use this app for our local deliveries and pick up. The app works well and we are happy with it. The most important part is the customer service. The support team has been invaluable to us from helping with the set up and fixing any minor issues. They have a Zoom service, where you can book a meeting and speak to someone on their team and they help you right then and there. The customer service is outstanding.

I haven't fully explore and use it but the way it was shown and configure, it pretty covered all things our online store is needed. Adding more is the very accommodating and well knowledgeable technical support(Sree) and even their CEO is trying to help to resolve the concern. Thank you! I appreciate you kindness.

Before we installed the app I checked all the reviews. For us it was strange all reviews have 5 stars. But we try the app anyway. Now i can say the guys deserved every single 5 star review. The support team is awesome they'll set up everything for you right in front of you, app works super well and is flexible to cover most special situations that I have (different regions based on week, different shipping rates based on distance, etc). I'm having a great experience

I have used a lot of Shopify app and my experience with their support has been always OK, but the support from this app is on whole another level. Thank you, Shiva and Shree for helping me set up everything. Great UI, and a lot of customization. If your store does local delivery and pick up this is my No. 1 must-have app. I Highly recommended it!

This app did a much better job than the previous one I used and it's very customizable. The support team is super helpful and respond really quickly. No regrets using this app at all.
