Hamish, Pauly and the entire Order Editing Team deserve more than 5 stars. From start to finish they've made the experience with their app a breeze! All initial contact prior to onboarding felt super easy, probably the most chill collaboration I've experienced when it's come to integrating a new program within the business. Onboarding and beyond has also been just as easy; Paul was and continues to be super supportive. He's got a wealth of knowledge that was invaluable during set up. The app itself has exceeded all expectations, no qualms. Easy to navigate, user friendly, cost effective and the team is just a message away if you ever need them. We implemented the app a week out from our busiest sales period of the year which was a scary thought. Fear not, there were no issues even with some insane web traffic. Within 30 days we've seen a fair decrease in ticket volume and an increase in upsell revenue without even using the app to its full capability. Connecting with OE was a breath of fresh air. Keep up the epic work guys.

Order Editing does what it says on the tin, allowing customers to correct and amend errors in the shipping address, cancel their orders if they need to, add or remove products. Also it works with our 3PL integration even though the 3PL software pulls our orders the moment they are placed (by delaying the order on our side not the WMS side if you're wondering how). That would be enough. However it also then pays for itself many times over by enabling post-purchase upsells. Upsells which do not reduce conversion rate! And if that were not enough, if you're on the Plus plan as we are then you get direct slack access to the app developers who are incredibly helpful and responsive and who somehow manage to cover all timezones among their small team! Well done OE team you've created an app that solves a customer pain point while paying for itself

If I was able to rate Order Editing higher than 5, I would not hesitate to do so! The responsiveness, the care, and the attention to detail are truly exceptional. Not only does the app deliver everything it promises, but the way the team adapts to every operational situation with a genuine ‘can-do’ mentality is outstanding. Order Editing has been an incredibly helpful addition to our site experience. 110/10 customer service. Extremely friendly, prompt, kind and helpful. Application is easy once you get the hang of it. But when you need assistance, they're on it right away and respond within the day and usually fix it for you if they have the permissions. Do recommend.

We have had a fantastic experience working with OrderEditing right from the start. Our initial call with Hamish was incredibly informative, Hamish took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we understood everything clearly. Since then, Erin has been absolutely amazing to work with. She is always quick to respond, happy to jump on a call whenever needed and efficient at resolving any issues straight away. Erin keeps us updated every step of the way and is genuinely a lovely person who’s great at what she does. Among seeing increases in upsells, we have also noticed improvement in reducing customer contacts, especially around address changes. Customers can now update their orders straight away instead of needing to contact us, which has created a smoother and more positive experience for them. With our fast processing times, it’s not always possible to amend addresses before items are shipped, so this change has made a real difference for both our team and our customers.

I don't know, there's something memorable about the experiences I've had with Erin, Paul and the app in general. There's an enthusiasm in that team and in every interaction that you don't get often elsewhere and its probably why they're sitting on as many five star reviews as they are. The app itself is undeniably useful and one most merchants of a certain size and above should use no questions asked (though more complex than just plug and play - hence why the support team is so valuable). I'll recommend Orderediting to anyone who'll listen and hope they see all the success they deserve. Everything else has already been said.
