Jacques was extremely helpful and proactive. Order Editing has had a huge impact on the amount of customer service enquiries coming through, and we've had great feedback from our customers who love being able to update their order themselves when they've made a mistake or they want to add more products. We've also had great results with the upsell component which has been fantastic.

I hit a few bumps early on during the integration, but the team, especially Pauly, has been super helpful throughout. I'm really excited about this app and hope it helps cut down on address and order issues for our customers.

We were using another app before this, but every brand I shopped with seemed to be using Order Editing. Naturally, I had major FOMO, so I decided to give it a try… and it was love at first edit. It’s only been a few weeks, and it has already saved our team hundreds of support tickets. My favourite feature is the upsells, especially the free shipping threshold upsell. IYKYK. They’ve been converting ridiculously well since we made the move, and we were even able to ditch our separate upsell app completely. Yes, the tech is amazing and the integration was seamless. But the real difference is the team. Their support is next level. You can tell they genuinely care about building the best product possible and actually driving ROI for their customers. That’s been clear in the results we’ve achieved in such a short amount of time. If you want to free up your team’s time, increase AOV, and improve your CX, Order Editing is the way to go.

We’ve had a really great experience using this app so far. It’s been easy to navigate, intuitive to set up, and the functionality has been smooth on our end. Jacques has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. He’s responsive, proactive, and quick to troubleshoot whenever we’ve had questions. Highly recommend!

Our product lead discovered Order Editing through shopping on a site that had it, and immediately thought - "WOW! I'd love to have that on our site." We investigated other apps with similar features, but Order Editing was the standout best. We had a very smooth onboarding process with Lachie and Jacques right before BFCM and this tool reduced our CX contacts for address errors, order cancellations etc. by a massive amount. If you're considering this app, we definitely recommend you give it a try!

From the initial experience dealing with Hamish through to the ease of setup of the app has been exceptional. Everything about this app is above every other upsell app out there. From cutting countless hours on address changes, adding discount codes and not forgetting £££ of pounds of upsells from the easy visual post purchase upsell. Love it!!! Mike

Highlyyyyy recommend Order Editing! Saved us sooooo much time especially during the holiday season. I am sure we are not alone when people email us immediately after placing an order asking to change their address and we have to be on it fast before our fulfillment center sends it out. With Order Editing, customers update it themselves and it works great!

Great app, Jacques from OE has been of great help handling all the heavy lifting with getting us up and running. Our staff have found some of the customer self service functions very helpful during peak periods eg invoice printing, address changes etc.

Hamish, Pauly and the entire Order Editing Team deserve more than 5 stars. From start to finish they've made the experience with their app a breeze! All initial contact prior to onboarding felt super easy, probably the most chill collaboration I've experienced when it's come to integrating a new program within the business. Onboarding and beyond has also been just as easy; Paul was and continues to be super supportive. He's got a wealth of knowledge that was invaluable during set up. The app itself has exceeded all expectations, no qualms. Easy to navigate, user friendly, cost effective and the team is just a message away if you ever need them. We implemented the app a week out from our busiest sales period of the year which was a scary thought. Fear not, there were no issues even with some insane web traffic. Within 30 days we've seen a fair decrease in ticket volume and an increase in upsell revenue without even using the app to its full capability. Connecting with OE was a breath of fresh air. Keep up the epic work guys.

Literally a must have app, reduce a TON, and I mean a TON of support tickets, and with the upsell feature, the app paid for itself as well. onboarding is very easy and smooth, with Jacques helping me set up based on what I need/want. 10/10
