We added Order Editing to a range of our websites and saw immediate results. The time saved across customer service amends to address', customer baskets, and delivery methods is invaluable during Q4. I'd thoroughly recommend this app. This is a staple in our Trailberg tech stack now.

A no brainer add to our storefront and customer experience. SaaS doesn’t always come with the ~service~ after you’ve installed or signed on. The Order Editing crew goes above and beyond. They’ve been super helpful in making sure we could find a configuration that worked with our ERP.

OrderEditing has been implemented (which was super easy with the help of Hamish and the team), and configured within the hour, on both our stores, UK and EU. It does what it says on the tin, allows customers to make adjustments to their order. We have almost made 1k from customers editing their order in less than a month. This is without us even adding the upsell feature, so for now. Win win! Thanks Anthony

Really impressed with the guys from Order Editing. Perfect solution to an issue faced by every merchant and they're always on hand to chat through any issues or questions on Slack. Hope to see even more functionality come to the app next year. Really happy with the tool so far and would recommend!

It took us a year to make the decision, but we finally did and it's been fantastic. Incredible onboarding experience (the team responds at all times of day and would fix any problems within minutes). Tickets have been down, more customers are happier. It's great!

This order editing app has been a game-changer for our business! One of the standout features is the editing window it provides to our customers after they place an order. It’s ideal for those last-minute adjustments, whether they want to add an item, change quantities, or correct any delivery details. Our customers appreciate the flexibility, and it’s improved their shopping experience with us tremendously. The onboarding was smooth and straightforward and a responsive support team to guide us through setup, especially from Hamish! Overall, this app is a must-have for any business wanting to empower customers with post-purchase options while streamlining internal order management. Highly recommend!

A few teething problems but Hamish and the crew are super responsive and couldn't be more helpful to troubleshoot. Not sure if it will be beneficial moving forward but sticking with it for the moment :-)

This app changed the game. We never allowed order editing until the order editing app. We have been able to give customers the ability to change things about their order without them needing to contact us.

Our address issues have gone to virtually 0! Previously we had MANY customers emailing us about address issues. Now they are taking care of it themselves. And, despite very little effort from us, we are also seeing customers edit orders themselves and add additional product to their orders. Support has been helpful. Glad to be using this app!

Really easy to get started - it actually does just work with minimal effort involved. Our customers are taking advantage of the ability to amend and add to their orders without having to contact us. Overall I’m very impressed.

Easy & flexible implementation with instant results! I have been incredibly impressed by both the app and the team behind it! Nothing is too hard, big or small. If you sell on Shopify, it really is a no brainer.

Order Editing is a no brainer! It has saved our customer service team countless hours, allowed us to increase revenue on post-purchase upsells and was very easily to install and be onboarded.

We've seen a tremendous decrease in customer support tickets since installing this app on our store. As site mainly used by customers for gift giving, we were running into many issues with customers accidentally shipping to themselves. Order Editing has helped with this problem. And we've seen great improvement with post purchase upsells too. Even better than the app is the truly extraordinary customer service. From scouting this app to installation to follow up, Hamish and Kiril have been incredibly helpful, responsive and personable. Highly recommend!
