And this app allows to do that in a very seamless and integrated way at the checkout thank you pag. It legit looks like a Shopify section. And cherry on the cake, you can offer people the opportunity to add products to their order which is an incredible and easy way to boost AOV and add additional free revenue :) Plus the team is super friendly and support/communication is top notch. a team member brought this app up as a suggestion of a way to mitigate/minimize the amount of tickets we get regarding people entering their address wrong, ordering the wrong item, and so on. Packages going to the wrong address, people ordering incorrectly, etc...can be costly for us as a business, from a shipping/reverse logistics standpoint, and from the perspective of team hours spent dealing with these customer errors. When we installed Order Editing, there was a fair amount of tweaking that needed to be done to get it running and customer-facing, but Hamish and Kiril were absolute rockstars, totally dedicated to their product and helping their customers. Really love the Order Editing! Customers get the benefit of making adjustments needed in a very convenient and easy way within an hour of placing their order. So many times customers check out using a payment that has an old email address or shipping address but this app lets them make changes without having to reach out to customer service. The opportunity to add product to the order after checking out is awesome too! We love seeing the upsell revenue generated post purchase. And as a CX Manager, I appreciate how quickly we are able to get support when questions arise.
