Kiril and Hamish have given the most amazing customer support since we first started using the app which was quite a while ago now. They have added features we suggested and helped with coding of things too. The app has made such a difference in just fielding the 'can I make a change?' requests and has the added bonus of upselling the customer at the same time. Brilliant!

So grateful for the great minds behind this app. It used to be a real pain to address last-minute changes in orders or mistakes in delivery addresses. Order Editing is a no-brainer. Has been hugely helpful to give customers self-serve access to their order after checkout, and reduce the associated CX workload. Kiera and Hamish have been super fast at implementing feedback and creating a tailored solution to meet our needs and particular WMS set-up. Highly recommend to brands of all sizes.

Excellent to manage and very user friendly! Allowing the customer to feel in control and manage their order without needing to conatct us urgently via emails, DMs and phone calls, saving time for both parties.

Letting customers edit their own orders instead of creating a support ticket is the biggest no-brainer. This app saves us so much precious time. The ability to upsell customers a few hours after purchase is the cherry on top. It's super easy to set up too.

Such a no-brainer! We went from receiving hundreds of customer support emails a week to only a handful, this app literally self-services almost every request straight from our order status page. Our customer satisfaction is through the roof. This app is a gem!! It's making us money by prompting customers to add products to orders before they ship, it's saving us time and money on customer service (we never get emailed anymore) AND our customers love it - they prefer self-service! Absolutely love it.
