Incredible app, how has no one thought of this before? We've saved ourselves hundreds of support tickets in the first month, can't wait to see what this does for us through Winter peak. Easy to setup with support from Hamish and the team who are super approachable when we've needed some help or tips on making the most of the app.

The Order Editing app has been great for our Customer Experience team's workflow by allowing customers to make order changes independently, reducing support inquiries. This self-service feature has freed our team to focus on more complex tasks and proactive engagement. The app's real-time updates ensure immediate reflection of changes in our system, minimizing errors and streamlining our order management process. This has also led to fewer cancellations, order error returns, and dispatch delays due to the address verifications, boosting our overall efficiency. Overall, OE has been a great addition to our tech stack, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational flow. A special mention goes to Hamish and Keira for their dedication to ensuring the app runs smoothly and efficiently. They are always willing to work through any customisations we might dream up and regularly touch base with us. It's lovely to work with a team that genuinely cares about our success. We can't wait to see what they bring next.

This app would be great if it actually worked. We had multiple customers cancel their orders and have it NOT come through on the back end, so we shipped the orders anyway. I reached out to customer support and was told it was fixed, only to have it happen again. This has cost us hundreds of dollars in product that isn't returned to us, and the cost of shipping/returns for the customers that DID return it. I don't trust that any part of this app is working.

Worse still we had every opportunity to when you contacted us. The team and I let you down and that's crushing. I'm hoping you get back in touch so we can reimburse you for your losses in full. We just got the app, I will update this review if issues arise but I must say. THIS APP IS A MUST, it will save you so many CS emails / live chats etc. Hamish is a good guy, I really wish him and this company the best. I am sad though shopify doesn't have the brains to do something like this. 10/10 GOATED WITH THE SAUCE

This app is incredible, and the founders' support is fantastic, too. We have been able to save a lot of hours on support tickets, and the app has also generated significant upsell revenue. The most important thing, it improves the customer experience! Highly recommended!

This app is a must have and creates a win/win where customers can easily change their errors and update order details, without the need to contact your customer support. The developers go above and beyond and we had a few initial challenges which they addressed swiftly.

Hamish and his team have been amazing with setting this app up. It has saved me a lot of administrative time as well as helping my customers get more in their order which also increases my AOV. Support has also been amazing. Thanks team!

It's been gravy to setup and looks really solid as app blocks in the Thank You and Order Confirmation pages. It's already saved us a ton of time with our BOGO sale by allowing people to update their own orders and I spoke with Hamish on getting our backend set up through Klaviyo. He was super helpful and a solid guy! Definitely recommend

The boys at Order Editing have created a very incredible product. It both reduces costs and most importantly time spent editing shipping addresses for customers, whilst driving revenue through its upsell capabilities. Its seamless and an extension that just does its thing and gets result. A must have for all Shopify stores.

We are so thrilled to have found this app! It has to be one of the best and most useful for Shopify merchants. We always get customer requests for order adjustments, address updates, etc. etc. This app allows customers to self-service their requests and frees up our time. The team at Order Editing is beyond fantastic. They helped us Onboard, are responsive to help requests. The app they developed is genius and a must-have for all Shopify merchants--it's an app that adds huge value to our site and, at the same time, streamlines our customer service. Highly recommend!

Brilliant app - couldn't recommend it more. Now I don't get ANY customer queries asking to edit their order because they made a mistake in their address or with their purchase items - they do it themselves! Plus the oder upsell has been very fruitful - over 22x ROI in the last 30 days!

I absolutely love this app! It’s incredibly user-friendly and has improved customer happiness and allowed me to free up time within my business. The features are exactly what I needed to integrate into my ecommerce store. The customer support team is also top-notch, always quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I have been using Shopify now for 5 years and seen plenty of apps come and go and raised lots of support tickets in that time. I have NEVER had the amazing support and personability offered to me by Hamish and the Order editing team. They actually work to find a solution for you and suggest things to improve your store rather than just fixing a problem. Aside from the 10/10 customer support, order editing and changing addresses is a feature that will become standard in eCommerce stores. In our first week we already had 70 customers change/confirm their shipping address after purchase, so we have saved that in tickets and/or order that we would need to re send because it is never the customers fault when they put in the wrong address as we all know... Very happy we have this implemented before BFCM. Highly recommend!!
