This app changed the game. We never allowed order editing until the order editing app. We have been able to give customers the ability to change things about their order without them needing to contact us.

Our address issues have gone to virtually 0! Previously we had MANY customers emailing us about address issues. Now they are taking care of it themselves. And, despite very little effort from us, we are also seeing customers edit orders themselves and add additional product to their orders. Support has been helpful. Glad to be using this app!

Really easy to get started - it actually does just work with minimal effort involved. Our customers are taking advantage of the ability to amend and add to their orders without having to contact us. Overall I’m very impressed.

Our biggest pain point in customer service was customers blaming incorrect addresses and wrong item colors, despite multiple confirmation prompts during the order process. After implementing order editing, with exceptional support from Hamish and his team, this issue has almost completely disappeared. They seamlessly integrated the system with our 3PL and Shopify, ensuring everything worked perfectly from the start. The Order Editing App has made a huge impact on our customer support team by eliminating the need to manually handle order cancellations and edits. Good stuff, some minor issues but the founders are constantly improving it and there is no other app that offers this functionality

The app has been great for us since installing, a real must have and can see it being installed on every website as standard in the future.

Right from the first day this app has reduced the workload for our Customer Service team by allowing customers to change their order details. Also great support from Hamish to get us started. Only reason for giving 4 stars is because the order upsell features could be improved.
