The Order Editing app has been brilliant for our brands, it's allowed customers to self serve address updates & contact information updates. The Order Editing team are really responsive and have helped us setup the flows required to disable editing when orders enter our production systems. I would definitely recommend!

Great concept for an app and am sure it will grow and develop even further. Set up was easy and support from the team has been fantastic when needed, a couple of small teething issues but overall has largely reduced our customer service tickets for simple address changes

We've been using the app for a couple of months now, the team were really helpful and hands-on on getting us set up and since then are happy to help us tweak the settings to perfect the service this app offers for our customers. Customers are able to easily edit their address for a short period after they place the order, and even add new products. It's been really great so far.

We installed Order Editing before our Black Friday sale to help reduce ticket volumes for our Customer Service team, and it did exactly that! It was extremely easy to get set-up and going. Hamish and the team are second to none. They've built a great solution for a problem that most ecomm merchants and brands experience on a daily basis. Highly recommend this to any Shopify merchant. It'll be a staple in any Shopify tech stack I build from now on!

This app is an absolute lifesaver! Enabling customers to self-serve and make edits to their orders is one of the smartest decisions we've made for our business. Our customers can now easily handle tasks like address changes, applying coupon codes, and adjusting quantities—freeing up valuable time for our customer service team. The app even caught attempts by customers to remove all paid products from their orders to claim free items. In those cases, the order editing feature automatically canceled the orders for us—an invaluable safeguard! We've also seen a noticeable increase in add-ons thanks to the app's upsell feature, which has more than paid for itself—four times over! This app is nothing short of incredible, and I can't think of a single reason why any business wouldn't install it immediately.

We launched this app on Oct 15th, it is now Dec 3rd and 3.5k of our customers have self-serviced their orders in that time. That is a whopping number of customers that didn't need to reach out to our customer service team, and the upsells we've enabled are the icing on the cake. A genius bit of software, run by some truly inspirations people, who are responsive and attentive. Installing this app is a no-brainer. Truly.
