Huge shoutout to Kurt from Ethercycle. He suggested I install Venntox "Order Lookup"; as I was having issues with customers checking out with text vs email + lots of people could not find their orders. We were getting 5-15 customers reaching out to customer service a day. I'm thrilled to report, going on day three, I have not have a single person reach out for their order status. This is going to save me so much time. Thank you!! PS: I added it to both menu + FAQ. I'm not techie, but I did everything in like 10 minutes.

Great app, simple and very effective. I'm already receiving fewer emails regarding "where's my order?" I just would like you could have more customization options, this is definitely important. Please consider making the customization options of the app better.

We could never get it to work in our Shopify store. It is easy to set up, in fact, super easy. However, it would show initially on the page but not on subsequent viewings by the customer? We tried to work with Support but they are beyond horrible. They will auto-respond quickly but then NOTHING. We gave them a week to work things out. They never did, all we heard was they were working on it. As a Shopify plug-in, what is there to work on? It should work right?! I strongly suggest you not waste time with this app. I hope this helps others.
This app is super cool, it works great on my store and their Customer Support was available to me to answer all my questions. Highly recommendable! Keep Up the good work!
These guys promised to make a small front end development change for us, but all of a sudden stopped responding.
Scum bags- just started charging me whatever they wanted. I agreed to $10 a month. WTF
Why Charging per Order ??? too much expensive !!
I didn't get my 7days free. I deleted and reinstalled because I had tech issue in a few hours and they started charging me. $ one the same day without giving me my 7 days. You guys better contact me [email protected] or give me 7 days back, because this is considered fraud.

I have the app Has it shipped yet, it is FREE. I have to migrate to this new app because this company bought the other and is shutting it down. They charge 10 a month, or 120 per yr . Absolutely unacceptable.
Super easy to install. Took 30 seconds. I love that you can customize the display text the customer sees. Fast support response. A must have for your customers to be able to look up their order status without emailing you everytime.
Great app, they even configured a tax setting for us.

Useful app. We installed it a few months ago and linked it to our email confirmations. It greatly reduces customers inquiries and also lets our phone support people look up orders when the customers call in.
Very useful and easy to set up app. Developer also quick to address change request. Would be great if language editor is provided to allow for phrase editing.
This is an absolutely fantastic little app, it installs quickly and easily and it allows your customers to look up their orders. This is an essential app to have! I mean, it's what I would expect from ANY website where I shop, so why not mine? It also saves so much time customer-service-wise. Highly recommended!
I've only just started using this app and was a little confused on the set up. Josh was very helpful and got back to me right away. Now we're up and running and it looks great!
