It fits a niche we have, relatively straight forward however, made temperamental by its host app, Shopify. Team is great, when we have problems we are answered back within a minute or two via chat.
Incredibly helpful and quick help from their chat window. I had an issue with templates, and within 2 minutes or less they fixed it after a short chat. Don't hesitate to reach out! They come through, and at record speed!
