Unable to access the Order Printer Pro App even after accepting it's collaboration request and receiving confirmation mail......It worked for a while but now again It's still showing the Connection reset error

Was good when I was online only / before I opened a brick and mortar physical store. App developers have it coded so it counts every single order, not just orders that you generate a PDF or slip for, so getting billed for orders that will never get a PDF.

Was excellent until acquired and changed ownership. Now unresponsive. Currently printing/exporting unpaid orders/invoices as fully paid.
