Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

It fits a niche we have, relatively straight forward however, made temperamental by its host app, Shopify. Team is great, when we have problems we are answered back within a minute or two via chat.

Ich nutze die App jetzt knapp 4 Wochen und bisher funktioniert alles recht reibungslos. Der Kundensupport ist besonders hervorzuheben, hier wurde mir wirklich gut geholfen. Wünschen würde ich mir noch eine Sammel-Download-Funktion für die Rechnungen, ansonsten aber alles soweit gut.

The app works great and the support is excellent! The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that it does not work seamlessly with Shopify B2B, because Shopify does not give the app access to the native VAT number information. This is not the app’s fault. This means the VAT number needs to be added manually if the customer has not entered it in their customer account. However, the app works as well as Shopify allows it to, and it still makes it much easier for our customers to access their invoices on their own. The native Shopify VAT invoice is very well hidden for customers who want to self-serve, so we need this app to provide better customer service and make invoices easier for our customers to find.

Overall, we're very satisfied with the app and the support experience. The app works well for our business and provides great value. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that full compliance with European e-invoicing requirements (especially XRechnung and ZUGFeRD) is not yet available. For businesses operating in the European market, this has become increasingly important. That said, we're happy with the app and look forward to future updates that will hopefully add full support for these formats. Thank you for your support!

This is the third order printing app and I think I finally have one that will work! Excellent support! Thank you. I didn't have time to ask a couple of more questions yet but so far it is great.

Perfect for professionally looking invoices etc. The templates do need some tweaking, they often don't include everything you need from the start and may have some weird calculation quirks so pay attention to the sums and line items during testing. But you can either tweak them yourself or ask the support team in via live-chat to make changes and so far all my requests have been meat.

Very good, so far, does what I need. I've needed to contact customer service a couple of time to help me to edit some code, which they did immediately, very helpful. I would've given 5 stars if it was easy to use the templates without needing to edit code.

Le support est réactif. Ils répondent à des questions de programmation pour la mise en page de formulaires. Il manque néanmoins la possibilité d'utiliser les metafileds des commandes et des brouillons. Dommage.

der super war sehr sehr hilfreich, das erstellen von Rechnungen ist einfach aber die bearbeitung der Vorlagen durch html sehr komplex und erfordert etws arbeit. Der Support-Chat ist sehr hilfreich und antwortet schnell
