Great app, full of features, quick responses from support, couldn't ask for more

Really easy to use with good instructions for how to set everything up and they were super quick to respond to questions. All the documents look great and are easy to customise to your business.

Die App ist einfach zu bedienen und Rechnungen lassen sich gut anpassen. Leider werden Rechnungen bspw. bei einer Stornierung verändert, so dass es zumindest für deutsche Shops nicht brauchbar ist. Nicht nur, dass eine ausgestellte Rechnung nicht mehr verändert werden darf; man hat so auch kein Dokument mehr, welches man in der Buchhaltung zuordnen kann: Rechnung wird angelegt -> Auszahlung aufs Konto erfolgt -> Storno wird erstellt -> Originalrechnung wird in Shopify zu Storno/Gutschrift _abgeändert_ -> kein Dokument mehr vorhanden, dass zur Auszahlung passt. Es gibt schlicht keine Rechnung mehr im System, die die Originalrechnung abbildet.
We use Order Printer Pro for our new webshop, Delatour, and we’re very happy with it. Our invoices look clean and professional and match our store’s branding perfectly. A great addition to our webshop!

Outstanding customer support with an invoice/refund notice that would not print and show the order amount less the VAT. Highly recommend Order printer pro if you are serious about sending customers accurate invoicing. 5 STARS.
