Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

We wanted to take this time to mention the support staff of Order Printer Pro. We were very heartened to know that the support department was very knowledgeable about what we exactly wanted. They were very polite and communicated with us easily. It appeared that each of the support staff we spoke to starting with Luis, Nicholas, and finally with Gabriel today was a very helpful experience for us as they continued to make sure that our needs were addressed as to our utilization of the Order Printer Pro app for a Human Slavery / Trafficking Oneness certificate which will be received once a year for all those helping to remove the anti-oneness scourge of human slavery / trafficking from all over the world. The app works great and the support is excellent! The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that it does not work seamlessly with Shopify B2B, because Shopify does not give the app access to the native VAT number information. This is not the app’s fault. This means the VAT number needs to be added manually if the customer has not entered it in their customer account. However, the app works as well as Shopify allows it to, and it still makes it much easier for our customers to access their invoices on their own. The native Shopify VAT invoice is very well hidden for customers who want to self-serve, so we need this app to provide better customer service and make invoices easier for our customers to find.
