This is a great little app - easy to set up (once I'd finished overcomplicating things !) A point to note: Our notification 'shipping confirmation' is in plain text only - don't insert the emailer code here otherwise the customer gets raw html for the emailer download link. This is nothing to do with this app, more a limitation with Shopify. UPDATE: There is an issue with some Shopify notification templates - some of ours were set to plain text only (not sure why, nothing we've done) - clicking the revert button did not work - here's the simple cure: delete the contents of the template, save, then click revert & save again, this will solve the issue & you can safely put the emailer code within any notification html template. Thankyou Bjorn for the excellent, speedy support & for another well executed app ! Update 12/7/21: We've been using this app for some time now & it's great. We've recently experienced some slow downs with the orders loading but this has been resolved. Great technical backup as always ! UPDATE October 2022: We required HS codes & country of origin to be added to our templates & our EORI number added to an export template, on both occasions the support has been an example to follow. This is a truly excellent app with outstanding long term customer support. Update 10/10/25: we reached out for support as we required some templates modifying, Nicolas responded almost instantly & sorted the problem quickly with no fuss. This is next level support ! Thankyou so much.

I tried to upload the code they sent through, and it doesn't work. I emailed them twice and still had no reply. I am disappointed with their total lack of communication.

We use daily! Highly recommend Order Emailer in conjunction with Order Printer Printer & Order Printer Templates. The templates are worth the one time fee to brand your correspondence & invoices through Shopify. Much needed! All 3 are easy to set up. easy to use and reliable. Thank you.

Quick and very simple to use. It would be nice to have a few templates to chose from or at least adding your own logo.

Perfect app for a feature that should be standard with Shopify. I like that it is free, their template app is awesome as well.

I haven't made my store live yet, so I can't say anything about use, but these were certainly a piece of cake to set up!
