We use three apps from this company and find them all valuable and time saving to our business. We started out on the free version of order printer and upgraded to the paid version after getting great feedback from our customers. They really appreciate being able to download their pdf invoice directly from the order confirmation notification. It's time saving for them as well as for us. We also purchased the customizable invoice and email templates so all our notifications and invoices match our store. The installation and set up were pretty simple but Bjorn did reach out to provide support if we needed any.

It's a great app for making an invoice. Some customers need invoice for custom clearance and it helped me solve these problems with just a click. Awesome! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Great app! Installing the app was a breeze with the step-by-step instructions and it's now so easy for my customers to download a one-page receipt. Everything is laid out very nicely.

I was looking for an app that would allow me to include a PDF invoice with shipping confirmations. It was very easy to design my custom invoice. I had a little trouble implementing my custom design, but received very easy to understand step by step instructions from Bjorn. Great app, great support!

Just started out with our online shop and all of Bjorn's apps have meant we've made the process more efficient and consistent stylistically. We now include links to the invoice within email notifications (we save on printing, nicer on the environment) and Bjorn was quick to respond to a small tweak. The ability to start on the free plan until you reach 50 orders is nicer than a blanket charge for using the app.

Very good app and very easy to use. I find it quite slow though when using it via Shopify POS. It also seems to error each time we print with Shopify POS and will not load any images on the template. It is also incredibly slow on Shopify POS.

started off as a free app, now suddenly costs $10 / month. would have never done all the set-up work if I knew before. --- update: after very friendly customer support and pointing out the automatic switch between free and paid plan depending on the monthly orders, I change my rating to three stars. Just regarding the functionality of the app, it would actually be 5 stars - it works without problems and my customers appreciate the service.

I use this app to create invoices and delivery notes for all our orders, I can also create a pro forma invoice or a quotation to print or as a PDF from a draft order which has proved really useful. I have also purchased some of the templates which are great and very easy to customise and edit so I now have many templates for different types of orders which look very professional. I had a technical issue which was resolved quickly thanks to Bjorn for that!

The product is great. Very user friendly and yet still customizable. Very quick, responsive and friendly customer support.

Jut performed swap from Order Printer to Order Printer Pro for our shops www.glanzberg.de and www.glanzberg-duftkerzen.de. Completly smooth process without any obstacles. Directly deleted the old app as well. New license terms for the Pro version by $10/month (for more than 100 invoices) is absolutely fair. Excellent and simple app that helps you when you had no option other than offering a poor customer experience or pay more to upgrade your plan. It has helped kaapikaapi.com.au in its preparation for launch. Various new members on the shopify platform who are struggling should see this. Bjorn, may I suggest you post this feedback and the functionality of the app in certain help topics within the community group as there are others who may be struggling without this.
