This app enables me to add a Picking Bin # to my packing slips. Initially, I was clueless about how to do this, so I reached out to chat support. Within less than a minute, I connected with a real person who comprehended the task perfectly and promptly completed it for me. I haven’t explored the app’s other features yet, but I believe it will be even more helpful for other chores. It deserves a 10/10 rating, and even more so for the quality of their support.

Great customer support, very quick resolutions and customised help when needed. They've helped us with some personalised requests in several of our stores. The app is very easy to use and it does what it says. Highly recommended!

They are not joking when the help desk says they will reply within a minute. A detailed guide to solve my "address changing" issue and it is solved in minutes. Had been using this Apps for 5yr and will continue to use it. Thanks Guys.

Anne helped me get exactly what I needed, and I needed a LOT of help! Seriously the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Replied instantly and made sure to continue helping me until I had no questions left. UPDATE: I have used their support numerous times and they are seriously just awesome.
