Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

The absolute best part of using this app is their customer support! I needed a couple of customizations done the commercial invoice template so I contacted them. Within about 30 mins, a gentleman named Keanu got me all fixed in no time! The app itself is nice, but the superior customer service makes it the best!

We use this app to create on brand invoices that we send (PDF) to or print off for our customers. We have been extremely impressed with what we were able to create and the Order Printer Pro team has been outstanding in helping us with a few custom tweaks that we wanted to make! Fantastic service by Cesar today, we've been using this app for many months to easily print order slips with all the main order details on, and today we needed some tweaks and Cesar came to our rescue! I recommend this app to any Cake shops out there as you can easily print a one page order confirmation which has all the main details on there and picks up things like order date and time which are pulled from some of our other third party apps.

One of our favorite apps for B2B customers. We don't often need Forsberg support, but it's always been easy to access and effective in answering our concerns or customization requests.

A great way to start your shop right and with not a big hassle pricewise. As you grow, the cost will grow a bit, but it is worth it.

Latest Review Used ChatGPT and Claude to recreate our invoices and packing list to be used in free Shopify Order Printer app. Doesn't have all the features of OPP, but we didn't need all those features, especially didn't need the VAT/EU features. Very happy with the change. Invoices and packing list look nearly identical to OPP, was able to fix so that payment method doesn't show 'Unknown' when payment was via PayPal Wallet, and code is much cleaner and easier to read even with comments, and almost half as many lines of code. Saving a little money on app subscription is just an added bonus. Don't get me wrong, OPP was a great app that worked very well for us, but it frustrated me that we were paying for an app that added a bunch of EU specific features that we didn't need since we are not in the EU nor do we sell to the EU. Updated Review Not happy that they just added a "feature" that should/could have been a separate app for the stores that need it. We bought a toaster, and now they turned it into a toaster and blender combo. I don't want the blender nor the toaster and blender combo. I just want the toaster. So we can now either choose to ignore the extra section added to our order page and ignore the extra choices on the menu, or look for another toaster that keeps things simple and cleaner looking. May need to look into Shopify Order Printer since it is getting good reviews after its redesign. Original review This app is a must. The document customization options alone are worth the price. We print to letterhead that already has our color logo on it, so we can print on black and white printers. This saves on color toner costs, and black and white printers are less expensive. We simply duplicated each document so that each has one with the logo on it, and one with a blank space where the logo would be printed, to print on letterhead. As long as they don't break it with an update like they recently did, it's a 5 star app.
