Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

We needed to enable invoicing of partially-fulfilled / incomplete orders. The standard Shopify invoice includes fulfilled and unfulfilled items which totally confused our B2B customers. Order Printer enabled us to create invoices of only the fulfilled items. The support team at Order Printer provided outstanding support helping us create this invoice. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this app and team to meet diverse invoicing requirements!

How did we not know about this AMAZING add-on to our Shopify store sooner!? Here's what you need to know: 1. Order Printer Pro will allow you to have a link on your customer account page (among MANY other places, like emails etc) so your customers can simply view and download their own invoice/receipt. No more replying to emails to "please send me a receipt". 2. For an extra one-time $29 you can buy Order Printer Templates (same company) and EASILY edit your invoices and packing slips to look GORGEOUS. Ridiculously simple and easily to customize. This app rates 10 stars out of 5. Side note, I emailed the company several times with questions, and they responded with incredibly helpful replies immediately. This should be expected of course, and they didn't drop the ball. Best $10 a month I've spent for my Shopify store (there's also a free version of the app).

Support is 5-star for me. I was eating my brain to understand template code, add Business number to Invoice. I reached out to support, and it was just a few seconds job. Problem solved. Great help!

This app has been brilliant for allowing us to both customise and bulk print our packing slips, it also allows us to pull in extra information such as the delivery and collection date. Works as described and they are extremely quick to resolve any issues and/or provide updated layouts as needed. We needed to get customer notes to the top of the invoice so customers could more easily see their PO numbers and they were able to get us new code within 20 minutes.

Nachdem unsere kostenlose Rechnungs-App nicht mehr im Shopify App Store gelistet wurde, waren wir auf der Suche nach einer vergleichbaren Alternative. Nach einigem Herumprobieren wurden wir mit Order Printer Pro fündig. Die App ist zwar kostenpflichtig, aber nach der 30-tägigen Testphase ist sie ihren Preis wert. Auch für Laien anpassbar und wenn es doch mal ein Problem gibt, kümmert sich das Support-Team schnell um eine Lösung

Just started the trial period and it is awesome: sure I will keep it. Shipping + Billing addresses show up on the invoice. Super easy to use and setup. Easy for multilingual. And the support was great to help me customise the format for the export outside EU with custom duty infos. Thx a lot !!! Super service.

I've tried many invoicing apps, this one felt the best, the UI is very similar to Shopify's and i for one appreciate that a lot. The support is super fast and helpful, highly recommend you try this app

Support was very helpful for fine tuning our packing slips to fit our needs. As for the app, I would love to see a way to print using Order Printer Pro after partially fulfilling bulk orders through shopify so we do not have to go back and reprint the orders that were only partially fulfilled.

Great support, I had a question about editing the code and they responded within minutes explaining everything very clear and writing the code our for me.

We had some small customisation requests for additional fields on invoices and packing slips. The support team were great and quickly helped us add these.

Great app! I´m happy with the templates, layouts and the styles, much nicer than what we were using previously with a different app. Customer service is outstanding, responds within minutes and helped me with everything I needed help with.
