We deal a lot with wholesale and customers who are on credit terms. The regular invoices from Shopify didn't cut it. We needed them to have custom information on the invoices, and also needed an invoice to be sent as part of every invoice/order email that goes out to a customer. This app allowed us to do that. Anytime we have any technical trouble the team gets back to us right away with a fix. Very happy with the service. We use it on multiple websites.

Amazing customer service!! We have use this app for a couple of years with no issues, recently we noticed that if we were printing a part fulfilled packing slip it would show the whole order including already fulfilled items. We thought this must be able to be fixed in code, so we sent an email to the support team to ask if there was a way this could be done. Within an hour we not only had a response we had a new version of our code that solved the problem. The next day I noticed that although the new code only showed the unfulfilled products the quantity could still show the total ordered amount not unfulfilled amount. Another email later and another hour later we had received another updated code document! 100% would recommend this app to anyone using Shopify!

Great Customer service and support. Even tho i'm not familiar with code editing, they patiently taught me how to do that step by step. The App itself is fantastic, it could fulfilled all my needs basically. Discounted price with error (Unlike other app that I had previously), barcode, item photo, great template with many language. Worth to subscribe without a doubt

Apps works great and allow customer to download PDF invoice right from the Order confirmation. Best part is the awesome support. They are very reactive and always helpful to make some custom tweaks in your template. Bravo !

This app takes the hard work out of manually sending the correct type of tax invoices to our Aussie customers. The auto attachment sent with order confirmation was easy to set up for our business The Photographer's Toolbox. No coding needed for a quick setup.

It advertises that theres a free plan available. After downloading the app, it forces you to pay $10 a month
Thank you for your review. However, I think there is some confusion or misunderstanding here. Based on the number of orders your store had in the past month (don't want to post the actual number publicly here), the app is correct in asking you to subscribe to the paid plan. You are a long way over the free plan limit of 50 orders a month. You are correct that the app has a free plan, for stores with less than 50 orders a month. For stores with more than 50 orders a month, the app costs $10/month for unlimited orders. The app will not charge you anything if you have less than 50 orders a month. Again, you can see the full details of our pricing plans in the "Pricing" section of our Shopify App Store listing. Hope that makes sense.
