Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

Latest Review Used ChatGPT and Claude to recreate our invoices and packing list to be used in free Shopify Order Printer app. Doesn't have all the features of OPP, but we didn't need all those features, especially didn't need the VAT/EU features. Very happy with the change. Invoices and packing list look nearly identical to OPP, was able to fix so that payment method doesn't show 'Unknown' when payment was via PayPal Wallet, and code is much cleaner and easier to read even with comments, and almost half as many lines of code. Saving a little money on app subscription is just an added bonus. Don't get me wrong, OPP was a great app that worked very well for us, but it frustrated me that we were paying for an app that added a bunch of EU specific features that we didn't need since we are not in the EU nor do we sell to the EU. Updated Review Not happy that they just added a "feature" that should/could have been a separate app for the stores that need it. We bought a toaster, and now they turned it into a toaster and blender combo. I don't want the blender nor the toaster and blender combo. I just want the toaster. So we can now either choose to ignore the extra section added to our order page and ignore the extra choices on the menu, or look for another toaster that keeps things simple and cleaner looking. May need to look into Shopify Order Printer since it is getting good reviews after its redesign. Original review This app is a must. The document customization options alone are worth the price. We print to letterhead that already has our color logo on it, so we can print on black and white printers. This saves on color toner costs, and black and white printers are less expensive. We simply duplicated each document so that each has one with the logo on it, and one with a blank space where the logo would be printed, to print on letterhead. As long as they don't break it with an update like they recently did, it's a 5 star app.

This app prints the invoices and return form exactly how I wanted them to be. I'm very happy with it. The customer service is excellent as well.

I use this app to print my Shopify invoices. I recently came across a very specific situation that I knew was not a common problem, but I decided to share my problem anyway to see if anyone could help me. To my surprise, I received the most prompt and effective assistance I've ever received. They not only assisted me in developing a solution to my problem, but they were also very patient and even shared with me tutorials and videos that they created specifically for me to help me understand how to fix my issue. Thumbs up to the entire app support team!

Excellent app which we couldn't do without. Easy to use especially with ready-made templates and produces everything from Invoices and packing slips to Returns forms, PDF copies etc. More so, it has speeded up the whole of our multiple order fulfilment process. As for support? Lightning speed. Any issue we had questions about was promptly addressed and resolved. Highly recommend.

I installed this app so I could bulk print invoices that looked professional with templates that could be customised for my needs. After a few days I already appreciate how much time this is saving me. I am a dummy with coding but with great support was able to do things like add tax numbers and change the display. An added bonus is having a downloadable invoice emailed to my customers with their order confirmation.

Every time I download an app I hold my breath, but with these guys...Wow what a service and professionalism. When I need support, the team is always super responsive and helpful. I recently needed to add a GPSR (EU product safety regulation) document to the end of my shipping invoice and the team was great. Now I have an shipping invoice which includes the GPSR document. When my fulfilment team in the warehouse prints the shipping invoice it includes the GPSR document which can go directly in the box. Big thanks to the team for their support, efforts and know-how to make this solution work. Two big thumbs up.

I use this app to help with packing slips, draft orders and it does great with the outstanding payment invoices where the customer can scan the code and go directly to the payment page. I'm happy with the professional layout of documents.

This app works well for customised invoices. Customer service with a slight change to template was very fast. Very happy.
