La aplicación es muy buena y muy util, lo que mas me gusta es que es personalizable a un nivel muy superior de lo que he visto en otras aplicaciones, la recomiendo mucho.

Bisher gute App mit einem guten Funktionsumfang. Einzig die Anpassung der Rechnungsvorlage ist nicht einfach. Hier wäre es gut, wenn es auch B2B/B2C kombinierte Rechnungslayouts gebe, bei denen bei einem Reverse Charge Verkauf die entpsrechende VAT ID sowie der Reverse Charge Hinweis angezeigt werden. Oder bei einem Rechnungsverkauf die Bankverbindung mit angezeigt werden kann. Oder permanent mit drauf ist. Das ist noch die größte Schwäche des Programms, die Vorlagen. Praktisch wäre auch ein WYSIWYG Editior mit Bausteinen wie VAT ID, REVERSE Charge Hinweis, Bankverbindung anzeigen...Leider sind die Formulare auch so gestaltet, dass sie bei größeren Bestellungen einfach nur nach unten rutschen, anstatt eine neue Seite mit neuem Kopf mit Logo zu erzeugen. Dann fehlt mir noch die Möglichkeit, eigenes Briefpapier zu verwenden. Wenn ich die Rechnung mit LOGO speichere, dann kann ich mein Briefpapier nicht verwenden. Wenn ich das Logo weglasse, dann bekommt der Kunde eine email Rechnung ohne LOGO. Auch doof..Andere Stores lösen das so, dass man die Wahl hat, das man in emails mit Logo versenden kann und beim ausrucken ohne Logo (auf Briefpapier)...Wenn das noch umgesetzt würde, dann gibt es auch 5 Sterne....

App is working really well for our needs. I contacted the app via their chat function and they replied quickly. We needed a template changing and Haris who I dealt with was very helpful, and actioned the changes we needed immediately. Easy to deal with and answered our query fully

We like that we can print orders out. The only down side to this we have noticed so far is that is doesn't transfer the notes in the same format they are written in on the Shopify draft. It just lumps everything into one paragraph. Otherwise it has helped us so far!

Great app, and even better customer support from my experience. The standard version is a bit 'manual' which means you will come face to face with the liquid templates if you want to tailor them. They do have a paid option that allows you to design without code, if this were standard it would get the full 5 stars.

Makkelijk te koppelen en handig in gebruik. Het zou nog iets makkelijker/duidelijker mogen zijn hoe de layout en teksten makkelijk aan te passen.

Nachdem unsere kostenlose Rechnungs-App nicht mehr im Shopify App Store gelistet wurde, waren wir auf der Suche nach einer vergleichbaren Alternative. Nach einigem Herumprobieren wurden wir mit Order Printer Pro fündig. Die App ist zwar kostenpflichtig, aber nach der 30-tägigen Testphase ist sie ihren Preis wert. Auch für Laien anpassbar und wenn es doch mal ein Problem gibt, kümmert sich das Support-Team schnell um eine Lösung

Unfortunately the app has one serious handicap. There is no fixed header/footer with acceptable pagination. The footer hangs around freely, depending on how many items are in an invoice, sometimes in the middle of the page. This is not a satisfactory solution for invoices to B2B customers. As a workaround, we have now placed the footer content in the top right corner of the header. This works halfway. Everything else is top, because with some CSS knowledge, the rest of the template can be freely designed. In any case, the support is worth mentioning. The support team responds quickly and is totally cooperative, even on weekends. I would like to thank you for that especially, once again!

Thanks for the review, and sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I actually found it surprising that you said you didn't get good support. You came to us with a list of custom changes that you wanted to your template, and we've helped with them on multiple occasions, also when you changed your mind or added something more that you wanted changed. Regarding the slowness you mentioned, that is unfortunately due to using the app through the Shopify POS app. The way that the Shopify POS app loads apps inside it, is slow, and unfortunately not something we have control over to improve. As my colleagues mentioned to you, we've refunded the last months subscription charge to your account and wish you the best with your business.
