Excellent and Fast Customer Service!

Works well!

I had a really complicated special case regarding tax handling in Germany for tax-exempt items and the associated shipping, which had to be reported for tax purposes but which Shopify unfortunately handled incorrectly. I received tireless assistance so that I could issue an invoice for the customer that complied with tax authority requirements.

Great app. Works as advised and has an incredible support team.

Their support is second to none. I needed my template changed and they were able to provide the necessary code changes, no questions asked! Absolutely Brilliant!
