Absolutely Brilliant Support for Our PDF Email Automation I had been struggling for days trying to get automated PDF receipts working correctly for customer orders at BS Exchange, and the team who helped me honestly saved the day. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and fast with their support — exactly what you need when you’re running a business and time is tight. They understood the specifics of what I wanted, including how the receipt should look, what wording to include, and even helped me make small but important tweaks like showing a negative amount to indicate payment and adding custom text like “Faster Payment.” They made sure everything worked perfectly with our Shopify setup and branding. Thanks to them, our order emails now look clean, professional, and work automatically — saving me tons of time. This app works perfectly with my needs for invoices and receipts. I deleted a competitor app because this one works so much better, and I like that I can show discounts directly on the rate for 1 item. The other app only showed the discount off the total, which doesn't allow my customer to see how much they are saving per piece. I also really do love the customer support. Very responsive and very helpful.
