Luis from the support team assisted us in great way. He coded us a way that a template automatically switches the VAT number shown, depending on the shipping address of the order. This is important for our international sales in the EU. So if you have the same issue, contact Luis. He did great work!

I've been very impressed with the quality of support, not to mention the functionality and ease of use. I'm somewhat new to Shopify and have realized that there are many, many app choices out there. This app and the support has been special. I had a problem with the packing slip template and the Order Pro team made the custom template modifications within 20min. I will definitely look into their other product offerings before going elsewhere!

As a company with both retail and wholesale operations, Order Printer Pro has been an essential tool for Elite Fireworks. It allows us to easily bulk print and automate invoices while customizing everything to fit our brand. The ability to add our logo, colors, and tweak templates exactly how we want — including Bills of Lading and other custom documents — has made our processes much more efficient. The setup was simple, and their support team is excellent. Anytime we’ve needed help or wanted to push customization further, they’ve been quick to respond and provide real solutions. What makes this app stand out is the flexibility. We can automatically send PDF invoices and receipts, print packing slips and return forms, and export draft orders all from within Shopify. Chat and Message feature is a game changer! Always quick to help and fix what you are needing! You can always go back and ask for more help, they are just so nice! Would definitely recommend and will keep using until I don't have a website anymore:)
