Easy to use app for creating complaint Tax Invoices, which Shopify does not do by default. Very responsive support for any issues.
I had an issue where our account was temporarily blocked after I took over as the new developer for our store. I reached out to support and was incredibly impressed. Doriannys responded almost immediately, understood the situation, and had our account unlocked within minutes. The support was not only fast and efficient but also extremely professional and friendly. This level of customer service, thanks to Doriannys, gives me great confidence in the app and the team behind it. Highly recommended!
Out of all the Shopify apps I've evaluated and use, this was by far the easiest and quickest to setup. Support documentation to quickly customise the invoice template was also simple and concise - branding, adding ABN, changing email address to support email etc. This app quickly solved a big pain point, sending GST Tax Invoices to Australian customers, but nice to have for all our global customers.
FANTASTIC SERVICE! And a great app! If all the apps had this level of customer service what a wonderful world it would be! I needed PDF invoices for my wholesale customers and this app is perfect. And I needed some customisation on the PDF, they gave me the code to do it straight away! Highly recommend Order Printer Pro!

We have been using this app for over 2 years with shipping on our website. If there is ever and issue with the application, they are very prompt and efficient in helping to fix the problem right away. We have had others that take 2-3 days to fix an issue on their application. Would definitely recommend this application!!
Very good customer service. The invoice download button seemed to disappeared when I upgraded the check page as Shopify required. I asked through chat and got feedback like in seconds. Very Nice!

Prompt and efficient assistance rendered when I needed help with changes to the Logo, address and thank you message. Anne was friendly and assisted with the updates across all templates in a breeze. She provided a detailed guide too if I were to need to make changes in future! Recommended for the prompt assistance!
