Very happy with this app and the service. I had to change few details in the service mail and also put it somewhere else (at the bottom of the mail) and in no time they helped me quickly with this. Absolutely worth 5+ stars!

The app is good. Not perfect, but very good. It does what we need and then some. It takes a little bit to get the hang of. What really makes this app AMAZING is the support. We are using it along side SparkLayer for wholesale invoicing, and had some issues with how discounts were displayed. Not an issue with the app itself, but an issue caused by how discounts are used to create wholesale price lists in SparkLayer. Over a 2 day period multiple CS folks from OPP worked to get us a solution , re coded our templates and did it cheerfully. Service doesn't get better than this. Highly recommended!

I like the App. The generated invoices look good and the customer support is very quiet to solve my issues.

J'étais complétement perdu au début car application en anglais et surtout j'étais déçu que la facturation ne soit pas dans Shopify de base. Mais ils m'ont énormément aidé en répondant par mails à toutes mes demandes. Service après-vente hyper compétent ! Merci

This app is everythng we need to print order receipts etc that Shopify is unable to do without requiring a degree in HTML. The document output format is very professional and the support is awesome, and value for money is off the charts!! Strongly recomend this app if you need to provide actual receipts to customers!!!

I am delighted to have discovered this app. As an artist, the idea of creating invoices and setting up automation seemed so technical and daunting! Especially as I needed to tweak the template to work for both French and English customers. The customer service I received for the set up was outstanding, with very clear instructions and a genuinely kind and helpful approach. Thankyou!
