Luis helped me today, and he was knowledgable, efficient and kind. He guided me to an area of my Shopify store that I was not familiar with- someone else would have likely told me that was not their job but he helped me out ! The app is great. you can choose from templates and then you can customize the templates and if you get stuck like i did, you get amazing support from wonderful people like Luis. :) 5 stars!

We needed a custom solution to a template we had in the Order Printer Pro app. Luis, Jose & Esteban were able to match our current invoice and draft order templates perfectly. We've been using this app for more than 7 years now. It has solved so many Quotations, Invoices and Packing Slip problems we had in our business that Shopify natively could not support. It's a great extension to have to be able to create your own templates. Their default templates are also well written and easy to update with basic programming skills. Support is also top-notch, solves problems each time you reach out!
